The worker was prompt and considerate (putting shoe covers on because it was muddy outside). He worked quickly and neatly. He noted that the main pipe running through the basement did not have adequate support and added a few supports at no extra charge.

Copperhead will be our plumbing company for further needs!!

Very well, cleaned out pipe and suggested ways I could replace junction that is always causing problems.

They did an excellent job. No issues and maintained a clean work area.

They called us back the next day and advised us that is was probably a frozen pipe. Gave us tips on how to diagnose that this was the problem and walked us through a lot of information and gave tips on prevention. Spent a good amount of time with us on the phone, did not charge us for a visit. Turns out he was right and we were able to fix the problem ourselves. I would definitely trust them to do any future jobs in our house!

Very well. The worker laid down sheets throughout the house to protect the wooden floors, also wearing "booties" as further protection. He explained what he was going to do, what the aim of the service (required by the complex standards) consistent of & required. The job was completed within the given time period and small alterations (mainly cosmetic) were explained. Would certainly use this company again.

I liked that i got same day service.

Jim called back promptly,found it was condensation , fixed it and ,as a favor , changed the filters. They are my go to plumbers. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for reliable,reasonably priced and excellent service.

Mike and Tom noticed we had leaky ductwork, an AC not up to standard and a variety of other repairs needed, in the attic of our newly purchased yet older home. An estimate was timely provided, Cathy booked our appointment promptly and Mike along with Neal, made all necessary repairs within a couple of days. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience and we're already feeling a difference in the airflow throughout the house.

Perfect. We've used Copperhead in the past for various plumbing tasks, and decided to give them a try with this heating-system problem. As before, we're extremely pleased with them in every respect -- the price is fair, considering that they clean-up after themselves, aren't sloppy to begin with, are good communicators, are good with both telephones and email communication, and the job gets done right the first time.

It was great, everything works accordingly now. We always use Copperhead for our plumbing services. Broken pipes, water softener system, miscellaneous faucet issues etc. I have to get them back soon to change over my stove from electric to gas as soon as I figure out what stove I want. They are professional, fairly priced and do outstanding work. I would recommend.

They have done hundred things for us and we have used them for years. They are great. They come when they are supposed to some. If they are going to be late they call and it is always very good experience. They are very very great and we have used them forever. We have been using them for about twenty years. They are very thorough. If they give an estimate then that is what you pay. When in emergency they are there like once there was water in our basement, we called them and they were there. When we had our water heater replaced because it imploded and they came right immediately.

I'm so pleased to be the first one to yelp a review regarding the service received by Joe at Copperhead Plumbing, as well as, the very nice and helpful receptionist that responded to my call. I've had almost no good experiences with plumbers in the past. First, I had just inherited a house and weeks later the basement floods. This of course happened right around the time that sub zero temperatures caused everybody's pipes to burst and heating to breakdown. I called several plumbers, got answering services and machines, which was very frustrating. FINALLY, frustrated beyond comprehension, I signed up for Angie's list and found Copperhead Plumbing had RAVE reviews, so I called and spoke to a wonderful woman who told me it sounded as if the sump pump needed to be replaced which makes sense as the thing was at least 20 years old. She indicated that they were incredibly busy but managed to find someone who could respond the next day. Joe is wonderful. He took his time, checked the discharge pipes and explained everything clearly. As a simple courtesy he also took a look at our filthy heating filter and wrote down the make and model for us to replace it.. Then he did a wonderful job. I'm so very relieved that I do not have to worry about flooding in the basement again.

I scheduled their first available appointment that was going to be 2 days away but got a call from Kathy in the office that they had finished up a job early and would I be around in the next 15 minute?. Well I wasn't but my son was available. They came right over diagnosed the problem, had it fixed and out the door in under an hour! Very pleased and would definitely call them again! Let's just hope this fixed my high water bill problem!

The experience was good. They were professional and courteous. They did the job that needed to be done and everything was good. I haven't compared their pricing but I guess they are comparable to everyone. The work on the shower was $575.

I do not have much complaints about the the work itself. Paul is fairly professional. However, the price is way too high. Others asks for about 300 to 400 to replace a motor that includes both labor and parts. I called them first because I saw good reviews on Angie's list. Feel I am trapped by either Angie's list or Copperhead. Too late to get someone else because they would charge me $125 if they do not get the job, and I have to wait another day to get someone else to come in and fix it. Next time I would not use them but rather pick someone else with decent quality and a more reasonable price.

The plumber, Joe, was very professional, courteous, patient (explaining everything), thorough and very pleasant. He did all that was necessary to correct the problem in a very timely and neat way. He checked a few other plumbing concerns we had and was very honest (they did not need repair). We feel blessed to have found a wonderful new plumber and Joe is an excellent representative for Copperhead. We recommend them without reservation.

To start off, Kathy who answers the phone is very courteous. Someone who is not annoyed when their phone rings. Tom came in for an estimate. Very professional. Listened to the problem and recommended a solution. Willing to discuss solution to with you. I have had a plumber come in and basically recommend a solution and get p***** off when I asked him a question couple of days down the road thinking I was questioning his solution. Tom didn't have that kind of ego. Once I decided to proceed with them, they had to order the part which had some delays but not a big deal. The guy who came in to install was little late however was very professional as well and did a great job. Overall I would recommend them.

Excellent. We have been using this company for the past 15 years and they are exceptional. We do not use anyone else for our plumbing and heating needs. They complete excellent quality work and do not make mistakes. Their serviceman have been with the company for 10 to 15 years and they are absolutely outstanding. They are experts in their field. This tenure also ensures we recieve this same consistent service time and time again. We highly recommend them to others.
