The rep who helped was wonderful. I was blown away at how helpful, professional, and knowledgeable the guy was. I picked this company because I saw they won a service award in 2013, and it's pretty obvious why. This is a really good company that I would recommend to friends and will definitely hire again.

I have had them here quite often. I have been using them for 20 years. They have always done fantastic work for me. I don't use any other plumber, I only use them. They do great work. The man who runs the company was working for another company as a plumber, and I followed him when he started his own company. When I call them when I need them, they are here. Their work is first class, they are always on time, and they always make an effort to come as soon as possible, and if the owner can't get one of his guys to come out, he comes. They may be a little more expensive than the other companies, but the extra cost is worth the service that I get. They are comparable. They don't only do the work well, I don't have to call them back to do the same work that they did. I call them up and tell them what the problem is, and they ask if we can wait or if we need somebody right away. Then if they say they will send somebody the next day, there is someone here at 7 in the morning. They always clean up after themselves, they are very polite, and they know my situation at home. I have a very sick wife, so they make it so she feels comfortable. If they say they will be here at 10:00, they come out at 8:00, so they are never late.

Water leaks, broken valves, etc. are very stressful, especially in winter. We've used Copperhead Plumbing and Repair several times over the past 5 years for various repairs, replace hot water heater, etc. Each time I've been very satisfied with the results. Most recently Tom (owner) came out again. He is: Very friendly and professional. Advised me on options to set my expectations. Suggested preventative steps we can do. Kept the work areas clean. Put me in touch with another service provider to help with other work we need to do. Thanks for making stressful situations easier to deal with.

Mike arrived on time and did a nice job replacing the leaking valves with new valves. He cleaned up the work space. I am very happy and will consider using them again in the future.

Copperhead was the only company which was willing to think about alternatives for a high efficiency furnace. We decided not to go that route, but it was nice that he was willing to consider it. We had a few questions about the estimate, which we sent in email; the response was complete, but terse, so we had to piece it together to find all the answers. The installation went smoothly. There was a minor issue with the inspection, which they promptly handled. Overall, the company was very easy to work with. I'd used them before this, and would use them again.

Appointments were on time, installation was perfect, thorough cleanup and explanation of how the system works.

They showed up at the agreed upon time and finished the installation within the amount of time stated. They explained the system and showed how to change filters when necessary. We received two additional filters and tool to remove housing (included in the price).

It went as well as expected. I recommend this company and will use them again.

The plumbing company I normally used were on vacation. Went to Angies list and found Copperhead Plumbing . Spoke with the owner directly and stated to him I cannot use any Basement facility due to the pump not working. He came the next day and explained to me I needed the entire unit replaced. It was old and I had problems in the past. In 2 days it was replaced. I knew the cost up front. His office personell were very professional and kept me informed of the job all the way through. Nice job Copperhead.

The provider gave a quote which was about $1000 less than a quote of another top Angie list provider. And, the equipment was better. Work was done within a week. Provider obtained all permits. Work crew was solid. Tom is a good, straightforward guy.

These plumbers are very professional, prompt, courteous and do their job well and quickly. My first call was on a weekend day. I couldnt get the outside faucet to stop leaking and it was pretty bad. It was also difficult to access the piping and valve in the basement. He managed the make the repair despite this and so far it has been fine. On a second occasion, my downstairs toilet broke and water flooded everywhere until I could get to the shut off. It ws not a clog, it was an actual leak. The plumber came and repaireed this problem promptly and properly and I didn't need to put in a new toilet. Very impressed with this company. I can't recall the exact price and gave a B just because this type of work is never that cheap, but I have to say, based on previous experiences, the cost was reasonable, especially considering that in both instances, I needed the work done very soon and one was on the weekend.

Great service all around. The staff was very professional, and they set up my service call quickly. The service team made all repairs quickly, gave insightful recommendations, and described everything being done. Bravo--I'd recommend Copperhead Plumbing and Heating without hesitation.

2 calls. First time replaced a part and got system working. But system failed again 2 weeks later. They came back( we were billed for the second visit). Tech found other problems on second visit. Problems were fixed and system has been working well since. My only disapppointment is the at the issues present on the second visit were present at first visit and not noted.

The plumber was very professional and punctual. He did a fine job with both items and left the area spotless. He made sure that any questions we might have were answered. The same plumber repaired a leak for us 6 weeks ago.

They did an excellent job. It was an emergency situation and they came out right away to stop the old one that was leaking. They came back the next day and intalled the new one. They even followed up with us to make sure everything was working properly and we had no other issues. I would recommend them.

We liked them very much and we are still using them. They did a good job for us. They were very prompt, there was a good communication, they let us know when they were coming in and how long it would take.

Water Heater leaked over Father's Day weekend when we were out of town. Got home 4:00 PM. Water throughout basement. Called Copperhead around 6:00. They promptly returned the call and had someone there on Monday morning. New water heater with alarm/auto shutoff installed a few hours later. Work went very well. This company is professional, prompt and does excellent work. While they are not the cheapest plumbing contractor in the area, they are fair and you get what you pay for. As such I am giving the an A for price. I will use them again (this is the second time I have used them). I highly recommend them.

Very Professional. Came as promised on time. Spent some time investigating what was wrong (melted wire in unit), went to get replacement wire and replaced it. Also changed the filters inside the house. Gave recommendations for care

Great service, on time, professional

I appreciated that he came at the closed of the day. He saw the problem immediately. I did notice that he took his time fixing the problem. He talked slow and worked at a slow pace. I thought he was being nice talking to me but when I got the bill I realized that he was just using up time. During the work he also was on the phone-again, using more time. After he replaced the turn on water knob, he asked me if I wanted him to check the basement. I said yes since there was water in the basement. All this could have been done quicker and not adding so much time to the clock. The two parts he replaced should not have taken any more than 30 minutes. The parts are not expensive. I totally felt he overcharged me. I do not recommend him and I will never use him again.
