They were quick to respond to the enquiry and were able to give a good budget price by 'phone based on the information I provided. As the budget price was in the range I expected, I had them come out to make a survey. Adam made some good recommendations and helped me save a few dollars, and I appreciated his honesty. The communications were excellent and they turned up to do the work when promised. The installers were professional and very competent and did a nice job. They cleared up everything and left the work area clean. Overall I am very satisfied with their performance and the quality of their work.

Called bridgewater door on Monday, receptionist said she could have someone there to install on tuesday. Amazing. Was going to schedule install through Lowes which probably woild have been a little cheaper, but wanted it done asap and done correctly. Well worth extra few bucks!

I had received a recommendation for this company from a contractor friend, and checked them out on Angie's List. They had very good ratings, so I called and left a message, which was returned promptly. The person on the phone took some preliminary information, and we arranged for the salesman, Adam, to come to our house to give us an estimate. He arrived in the time frame specified, had some good suggestions, and took as much time as we needed to decide on all the available options. We arranged for an installation the next week. Chris, the installer, arrived right on time, and did the job in a very professional manner. He took his time, did a very nice installation, and answered my numerous questions in a very friendly and knowledgable way. We are very happy with the end result, and I would highly recommend this company.

The process was very smooth and quick and worth their service charge. The technician from Bridgewater Overhead doors knew exactly what it was within 30 seconds of watching and listening to my door. It was the pulleys that guided the wire for the springs. He estimated what it would cost to replace the pulleys, which was very reasonable, and I gave the go ahead on the spot. Five minutes later, the garage doors were working smoothly and quiet again... just like new. The tech then proceeded to check the door and found I had some missing nuts on the hinges and he promptly replaced them. I then Ok'd him to replace the pulleys on our second garage door and he quickly changed them, tighted up the door hinges, replaced missing nuts and completed the job. I highly recommend Bridgewater. I cant believe I waited and tried to do it myself for so long. The tech knew exactly what to do, did it and finished. Great Job. Thank you.

We've used Bridgewater Overhead Doors before and were very happy with their service before, during and after the job was completed. We had problem a couple of years after and they came out and fixed it at very little cost. This time they were again prompt, courteous, price competitive and very easy to work with. They call and show up when they say they will - and that's saying a lot these days. Would use them again and again - but hope I don't have to.

These guys know their business. By the time I visited their showroom I had already done a fair bit of research and shopping. They answered my questions quickly and solidly and their prices were more reasonable than most. The installer had the challenge of removing the original 50 year old garage doors and tracks in poor shape, but he was a good sport about it and chatted amicably throughout. The job was done well. The doors work wonderfully!

The job went quite well. The single installer arrived on time on the date for installation and had all the materials needed for the job. He removed the old doors, all the old rails and the one old opener (only one door had an opener). He then installed all new rails, doors, hardware and decorative details. Upon completion of the installation, he showed and explained all the details of the operation of the new doors and had us check out everything before he left. He took all the materials from the old doors with him for disposal. The new doors look great and operate very smoothly and quietly. We are very pleased with the improvement these doors have made to the front our our house and are very impressed with their smooth quiet operation.

AWESOME. When I called and mentioned I had a cat door to install they offerred to install it for free! They were easy to work with - easy to schedule and even offered a rebate that I didn't know about.

To summarize my experience with this company in one word from my first call through the installation of three new garage door openers, I would say awesome. I called three companies in the area and they gave me the best quote plus they actually did the installation the next day! The installer was on time and delivered on everything I asked for. Would strongly recommend this company! If you do decide to use them, when you call ask for Adam, he was extremely helpful.

When the automatic garage door stopped working, I called Bridgewater Overhead Doors. I was treated politely and professionally over the phone. They told me when someone could be out to see us. The technician came when we expected him. Did the work. Talked to us afterwards to make sure that we understood the operation of our new garage door opener and the new electronic switches and remotes that operate it. A pushbutton keypad was also installed to replace the key mechanism on the outside. The technician explained how to program this keypad and change the programming. We are very satisfied. The new garage door opener is also much quieter as it operates than our old one had been.

It was a pretty good experience. They were professional, they did a good job, nothing to complain about and they came promptly on time. They took care of the problem I had.

The whole job went very well. When I called for an appointment I was scheduled within a day or two. They arrived on time . . . the person installing the springs and safety cables was very professional. This was a task that I kept putting off . . . I was very pleased with the whole process.

This company is easy to work with, friendly, and professional. They were accommodating for the appointment time that I was available. I called on a Friday and asked if they could come the following Monday (three days later) and they agreed! Can you believe it? They removed the old non-working automatic garage door system, and replaced it with a new system which is working fine. ( Note that this company did not install the original system that was non-functioning.) I am thrilled with my new automatic garage door opener. No more back breaking bending over to manually open the door. I highly recommend this company to you for this service.

My Garage door had cracked, causing it to not shut and shattering glass all over the garage floor. My Fiance, who was home at the time, called Bridgewater Overhead Doors company, and they had a salesperson out to the house within an hour or two. The salesperson was very helpful, fixing the door so that it could shut, and cleaning up the majority of the broken glass. He recommended a good solution and all of the paperwork was completed to move forward with the new garage door purchase and installation. He advised that the door would arrive in 4-6 weeks. Approximately 4 weeks alter, after ahving not heard anything, I caleld to check in to see if they had a better idea when the door would arrive. The receptionist said she needed to take down our informationa nd would call us back. A couple of days went by and after not receiving a call back, we called again. Again we were told they would call back, and again we did not receive a call back. On the third time, we were advised that a new garage door would need to be ordered as they could nto find any records of the first door being ordered from the manufacturer. Long and short of it, 12 weeks after intiially placing the orer our garage door was installed. The work that was performed was of excellent quality, and both the salesperson and installer were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. If not for the exceedingly long delay and better responsiveness of the home office staff I would have rated this as a B+/A- company.

Anthony came to our house to measure and give a written proposal. He made a design suggestion which we are happy we followed. Before signing the proposal, we checked prices of others, including Home Depot, and found his price to be competitive. We also looked at the door in the Bridgewater Overhead Door showroom. The installer was very experienced and the installation went smoothly, although he did arrive a half hour later than we were told he would.

It went well. The technician came a bit late because he was given another job which took longer than expected. But other than that everything went smoothly. He took down the old doors, the railings and the door frame trim and put up the new ones. He was efficient and finished the job in good time. He also adjusted the two garage door openers' drive chain tension. It was a good job and I got new garage doors for a great price.

She set up an appointment for a few days after my call. I called on the Saturday of a holiday weekend and it wasn't an emergency (since I was able to close the door.) The serviceman was on time (within the 2hr window). He was fast, professional and thorough. After replacing both springs on the busted door, he performed preventative maintenance on both doors. He lubed the hinges, tracks and door opener. He also tightened all the bolts and replaced one that had fallen out. I'm very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

One of my spring cables broke (my garage door is over 20 years old). I called them in the morning and they made an appointment for that afternoon. James was waiting for me when I got home about 30 minutes before the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, and was finished in an hour. I particularly appreciate how courteous he was about having to move equipment around to get where he needed to work.

They were very helpful in explaining the options when we picked out our new doors. There was some confusion on which day the installation was supposed to be, which they acknowledged was their error. Installers arrived on time, were professional and knew what they were doing. Job was completed in less time than we expected, and everything was cleaned up. Some decorative hardware was backordered, but when it came in the installer returned promptly to install it. The doors look fantastic and are much more solid and weather proof than the original (30 yr old) doors. After three years we are still very happy with them.
