Had a great experience. Have lived in my home 7 years and never had the septic system pumped. English's showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. Gentleman walked me through everything he was going to do. Probably took 30mins from start to finish. Cost me less than originally quoted. Received a follow up card in the mail. Will def refer and use again!

They were okay. They came out, they did the work, and left, so I didn’t have much of an interaction with them. The price was a little high when compared to the people I hired before them.

They are available most of the times and it’s easy to schedule appointments. They come as scheduled and leave once done. I like their services and will use the same in future.

arranged appointment with office : - was given names of employees who would be on service call - given approx arrival time which was within 5 mins of actual arrival time - given prices from basic to highest and what would cause variations in price - workman arrived and were very professional completed work and cleaned up excellent service would definitely use again and recommend

Overall it was a pleasant and fast experience. Later received a summary of the paid bill as well as a few other things. Very nice. Take into account the labor charge when planning to pay.

With a flooded basement beneath my feet, I called English at 5:30 on a Sunday evening. They had a guy there by 7:00 PM. He dug open the septic tank lid, pumped the septic tank, and made initial attempts to clear the blockage with a snake. Unsuccessful, he collected $200 for the pumping service plus $90 for one hour of labor, and suggested that I call the head office for further advice. That advice turned into an appointment the next day for a jetting truck. Two new guys came at 10 AM on Monday - one with the brains and the braun and the other with just the braun. An apprentice, it seemed. They tried again with a snake, and then busted out the jetting hose. Still making no progress, they inspected the tank more thoroughly. Finally identifying the problem, the guy pulled on a piece of pipe with his crowbar, and immediately water started flowing into the septic tank. This pipe had slid down into the earth so deep that the it was blocking the inlet completely. He gave us DIY (do-it-yourself) instructions to prevent the pipe from sliding again. He charged $120 for the labor, and waived the $300 jetting charge since it had proven to be unnecessary.
