Description of Work: Excellent and prompt service. I called them on a holiday weekend to fix a seriously noisy rattling sound from the AC condenser at my mother's home. They responded promptly, were knowledgable, and fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. I would not hesitate using R&L again.

Description of Work: Bob and paul were very professional in their approach and service. They had to remove an ac unit and service my heat unit. They were very knowledgable of the work needed show up when they said they would and made sure the job was done right. I was very pleased. overall the work took about a week to complete I had to wait for inspections and they cooperated with me during the process. Would call them again if needed.

Description of Work: Bob came by and instead of selling us an A/C unit we did not need, he took the time to repair the older unit we have. When it comes time to replace that unit, we will be calling Bob first. He knows what it takes to get repeat customers-- he's professional and hes a nice guy. If you call him, you won't be disappointed.
