Description of Work: Fabulous service over the phone and at my house. No subcontractors, just great employees. Bill, who installed the deadbolt, was prompt, friendly, professional, and cleaned up after the job was done. I highly recommend Mr. Keys!

Description of Work: Locksmith was very thorough in the work provided. He not only fixed a loose doorknob but carefully checked and adjusted all other aspects of the door lock.

Description of Work: Very reliable family owned locksmith. Highly recommend. | |We were locked out of house on a brutally hot day and exhausted from helping our daughter move earlier in the day. I called Mr. Keys and within 15 minutes they sent one of their employees (Justin) to our home. He labored away for almost an hour trying to open our lock to save us the expense of putting in a new one. He was visibly very disappointed with himself that he finally had to drill the lock because it was a very expensive secure lock that could not be opened any other way. I have used many different locksmith over the years and all of them either immediately want to drill and sell us a new lock or give up after a few minutes . . . not an hour like Justin tried! He reluctantly told us that in all the years that he has been working at Mr. Keys, he can count the number of locks he has had to drill open on one hand . . . and ours unfortunately made it on to his very small list.

Description of Work: Justin was courteous and efficient. I called him to change the dead bolt and door knob locks after moving into my new place. Price was reasonable and I would use him again.
