This was an effortless & pleasant experience, First time I used a prepaid deal on Angie's list and when I contacted the office (sorry forgot woman's name) she pleasantly explained the process to me. The 2 technicians were there right on time and did a great job. Will definitely use Mark Mayer Power washing again! I recommend the company.

Justin and Bob ( I hope I have the gentleman's name correct) They atried and started immediately. The price compared other companies in my area in Ocean County was most reasonable compared to competitors. Mark Mayer himself as a lovely man who spoke to us as if we were friends not just a business a lovely human being. They arrived on time. they were professional courteous but most of all they did an excellent job power washing the entire two-story home which is vinyl-sided. I never thought they could get the old white fascia and soffit clean but they did without any damage to my home. When the job is completed they do a walk around your home with you to check everything out to make sure you're pleased. I highly recommend Mark Mayer Powerwashing LLC. I am particular so I will tell you you need call no one else. They are the team for your job. Thank you Mark Mayer as you have a great family business :-)

My experience was excellent. Owner responded to initial inquiry in less than 24 hrs. From the initial conversation, he was attentive, informative, did not over-promise, set appropriate expectations and conveyed effectively options and constraints. Within another day he physically visited the home and provided a thorough assessment and price for the requested services. Within 2 weeks, completed the requested services. Arrived on time. Walked the entire home to assure we had a common baseline before starting - owner and worker. He took care to explain the risks in cleaning the Drive-it stucco composition (versus vinyl and hardwood) so as not to incur damage while cleaning. Completed the work within planned time frame. Workmanship was professional and of high quality. My parents home is a large stucco home on the bay with high peaks and a multitude of differing stains to be cleaned. highly satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend this company for any powerwashing needs.

Outstanding! Professional every step of the way - from scheduling with Lauren to the work done by Bob and Justin. Could not be more pleased. House looks like the day we moved in. Extremely responsive from the very beginning. SO pleased we are having them come back to take care of cleaning gutters and stone pavers.

Mark came to give an estimate and was extremely thorough on what needed to be done. He was prompt and his communication was great. He explained in detail the steps of the cleaning process and what areas would require additional scrubbing. Mark was very attentive to my concerns about walking on roof (only where required, most was done via ladders) and being careful around windows and window shudders. On the day of the cleaning he arrived on time and spent some extra time and energy on the gutters which required scrubbing with a brush to remove some of the oxidation. In the end the house looks new. He did a walk around with me when complete and redid a few spots that were missed. Overall I am very impressed with the company's professionalism and efforts to make sure the customer is happy. I will be using him in the spring to clean the patio and other pavers.

Mark described how their system worked (as shown in the video on the website) and did a walk around before getting to work after I left. I took a peak when I got back and was impressed at how clean they were. I was very thankful that they did some extra work for me without charging more. I had a piece of satellite TV antenna cable stuck in one section of the gutter that was too high for me to reach. They took it out, which saved me from calling someone else to help, and also ensured that gutter would stay clean.

Excellent. I have been here 17 years and the main entrance and ramp never looked better. Power washing the wood made it look brand new again. We have our practice power washed every year - this company did the best job. The owner of the company made sure that we understood that our satisfaction was important to him. He reviewed everything that we wanted done, and ofter the job, before leaving we did a walk around.

Mark came out and estimated the job. I decided to go with more than the siding and included scrubbing the gutters (they were very dirty) and cleaning 2 decks. Of major concern to my wife was power washing the railings where she has some hummingbird friendly plants hanging over the railings. Mark assured me that team would lift the plants and gently clean the railings. When Al arrived he and I walked around the house and we discussed the things to be done and the concerns with the railing plants as well as roses close to the house. Al started and was joined by a teammate a little while later. When they got to the railings they worked together lifting the plant branches up and cleaning the railings underneath. It went perfectly and my wife was very happy with the way it was done. The roses were in no danger from this team. At the end (about 5-6 hours later) we did a walk around review and I had no issues. The vinyl siding and gutters are restored to looking brand new, the windows looking great and the decks are spotless. Just a wonderful job by the team. I will most certainly use them again. Mark came out and provided the estimate and explained how things worked. He did not require any deposit and just asked for payment in full once work was completed to my satisfaction. He showed up on time for the estimate and was very professional and his price was very competitive. I signed up to have the powerwashing done and scheduled it for 1 week later. His crew called me on the day scheduled and let me know what time they would be there and arrived on time. They completed the work and did a fantastic job. The white vinyl siding now looks brand new. I would Highly recommend and would use them again.

Al and Joe arrived promptly at 9am and they were fantastic. Excellent job. I usually try to clean the pool deck and patio myself with a power washer I bought, but I am so glad I let Mark talk me into having them do the work. It came out better than any other time I had done it and well worth the price. I would highly recommend this company!!!!

We did a walk around and the technician pointed out anything they thought could be damaged or might require special treatment. And then he got to work. He worked on the all of the services for roughly 7 hours and when done we did another walk through. Everything was awesome. I would highly recommend them. I couldn't be happier.

Fantastic! Guys were here early as promised and worked for hours washing and cleaning. They did a great job on my vinyl siding going over and over areas. And believe me, my house had a ton of mold on the vinyl! It all came off and looks brand new! Never thought my front walk was dirty until they scrubbed it down with their special machine that looked like a floor waxer! Nice job for only a few bucks more! The best was when they cleaned the exterior of my gutters on my roof. A job I could never have got to as I am now in my early sixties, and to be honest never considered it. But they scrubbed the exterior of the gutters by hand with brushes and WOW I never realized how gray and dingy they had become. And Mark and his staff were friendly and professional. They answered all the questions I had before and during the job. I would recommend this company highly and without reservation!

They called back within hours of my initial phone call. The owner, Mark, came and estimated it right on time when he said he would be here. I was given a window of time and his technician called and was here at 1:30 just as he said he'd be. He did a meticulous job, the concrete looks like new.

The work did not take place since the provider refused to do the roof. It took about 20 days for Angie's list to return my money.

My house, driveway, fence, patio and shed all looked great when they were done. Unlike another powerwash company that I checked, Mark did not require money, a credit card , or a contract up-front. When we saw the quality of work we decided to have him work on another family members home as well. We would reccomend him to others.
