Mark Mayer Power washed my house and deck and all I can say it was a great experience. I received Mark Mayer's Power washing as a referral. With just a phonecall Mark went to my home the next day and provided an estimate. The estimate was very competitive and I didn't have to be present. Mark showed up on time as scheduled and wlked me around my house to discuss the job and to make sure there were no areas of concern. He completed the job and also power washed my my shed and chairs and a table at no additional cost. After completing the job he walked me around my home to inspect. Everything was perfect. Also, he told me he finished the job faster than planned and REDUCED the price. He's an absolte professional and you can expect nothing but great service at a very reasonable price. Mark came out promptly to give me an estimate. He was professional and pleasant. I got two other estimates and although his was not the lowest I felt much more comfortable with Mark. I am so glad that I did! The work was completed exactly when promised, it was done thoroughly and expertly and to my pleasant surprise my final bill was lower than estimated. That NEVER happens! Without hesitation I highly recommend Mark Mayer for gutter cleaning. I’m actually already booking him for power washing in the Spring.

I hired Mark last year and then signed an annual contract for gutter cleaning twice a year. They were done in spring and Lauren then scheduled a fall cleaning. Prior to doing the job, Mark came to tell me he could not do it for the agreed upon price. He would have to charge more than twice the quoted rate.HE WAS THE ONE WHO QUOTED THE JOB TO BEGIN WITH! When I referenced that it was a contract, he did not care - he would not honor it. Ho then told me I would not find anyone who could do it for less. Guess what? I did find 3 other companies whose prices were less than half what his "NEW" price needed to me. BUYER beware!!!

Responsive and prompt service. Cleaned my Mom’s gutters on a one story ranch. Did exactly as promised. Great job. Plan to hire again. Would recommend.

Mark provided an estimate to me in November and we planned for the work to be done in early Spring. His office called to follow up in March and we planned for it in mid April. Al from Mark Mayer's team was great - showed up on time, reviewed the worked planned and went to work immediately, only stopping at the completion of the job. The finished result is wonderful. Mark Mayer was was wonderful! They returned my calls immediately, called to say when they would be there and exactly what time. They called the day of service to let me know they were on their way. The tech was very neat, clean and professional. They did a terrific job. I will definitely be hiring them in the spring to power wash my house and patio! This was one of the best experiences I've had dealing with a contractor. I wish everyone had the high standards this company has!

Mark came over to give a free estimate and did a thorough job of explaining how the powerwashing would be done. My house faces North and with the very wet summer we have had there was a lot of green on my vinyl siding. Not only did the siding come out spotless but I was very happy with the way my 20 year old gutters now sparkle!! Mark and Justin worked efficiently and carefully and I could not be more pleased with the results. I will definitely be using this company for my future powerwashing needs. Great people and great work!!!!!

Excellent!! I got several estimates and honestly, Mark's was the highest.....however.... I've read close to 100 reviews of other contractors where home owners were quoted low prices and got blind-sided by higher final amounts after a job was done.... so I was ok knowing that the quote Mark gave was an all-inclusive price. Mark and another worker showed up on time and ready to work. One of the reasons I selected Mark was that he utilized a 'surface machine' (that looks similar to a floor sander) on the sidewalk. A noticeable difference compared to my next door neighbor that had his done weeks earlier with a 'wand' type power washer. Siding was pre-treated with a degreaser ...rinsed, then suds and then a final power wash. All chemicals were pet safe and with 2 pups--that was a necessity. The whole job took close to 4 hours (including clean up and reloading their truck with hoses, etc.) Close to 2 weeks have passed and everything looks as good as the day it was done. Mark's personality was a huge factor in selecting his company. Communication with his office was very friendly and customer oriented. HIGHLY recommend Mark Mayer Power Washing and will definitely use him again in the future!!

Very professional and caring, and concerned that you will be satisfied with a job that he prides himself doing well. Great- Mark is a very professional man. I received a call back within 24 hours when I initially inquired about getting the work done .
