Description of Work: We have used Somerville aluminum for our new beautiful front door, all our windows, replacement of gutters and an installation of back deck french door and windows with transom which was a huge job. It was perfection. The last thing was the front door which fits beautifully especially on our older home where everything is uneven. Thinking of getting them for our remodel of our kitchen.

+ -1 moreWe initially wanted to replace 2 doors but because the price was so high, we ended up replacing only one. The work was done on time, the quality of the door and the installation was excellent but there was a big misunderstanding about whether the existing storm door would be replaced. They discarded our storm door when we had assumed it would be replaced after the entry door was installed. This was never discussed prior to installation and when we brought this up we were given a lot of nasty attitude by salesperson Steve. We eventually had to deal with the owner (David) to get the issue resolved.

+ 0 moreThey did a pretty good job. They showed up on time. They delivered what they said they were going to deliver when they said they were going to deliver it. The one thing they didn't do was to check the flashing on my chimney before they put siding over it. That later went bad on me and that caused me problems. So you should make sure that you put them to the task of checking your flashing before they do the siding. The price was average. They were very responsive. Their punctuality was good. I probably would hire them again. In this area, I think they do about as good a job as you can get.
Description of Work: Somerville Aluminum applied all new siding to the house. They put an under layer of foam board prior to that and they did all new gutters.

Description of Work: They replaced 6 sliding windows in our three season room to make it into a four season room. They took out and removed the old windows. These are large windows. They are the double paned and heat resistant.
