Charles did great work on a very old wooden garage door explained everything in detail what needed to be done and completed the work correctly and within quoted price. Will recommend him to anyone who needs garage door service.

I called them to fix my garage door, Charles came in the same day notice which perfectly worked out for me. Charles the owner is very honest and proficient . He went above and beyond explaining all my options(regarding getting a new door or fixing it). I end up fixing, and so far very happy with the result. Charles saved a lot of money. I recommend him and doors R us company to every one thinking to fix or get a new garage door.

They replaced two (2) extensively deteriorated [thirty-eight (38) year old] wood overhead garage doors (retaining the existing 'new' electric door openers). They even painted the new doors to match the existing house color scheme.

Charles is phenomenal! He explained what needed to be done and what could wait in terms (even I!) I could understand. And he completed the work within his estimated timeframe. I unequivocally recommend Doors R Us and Charles!

Charles is fantastic. He was able to fix my broken, dented garage. Replaced the old rotten wood frame, added high end motor with WiFi capable. All in 1 1/2 day. I did not have to lift a finger. His also give me best price from the others.

Charles called immediately after I posted on HomeAdvisor. He was to my house in 45 minutes. He diagnosed the problems and gave me options on the repair. He did this in language I understood and answered all my questions. I agreed to the repair and he started working immediately and fixed the door issues. He then cleaned up and the entire project was completed from the time I posted to the problem a little over 2 hours. What great service!
