Have no fear here!! We learned sbout Doors R Us from my sister, who also had 2 garage doors installed and was very happy with his service, but won't wtite reviews. Charles was phenomenal! He tried to repair our (expensive) door opener which had been incorrectly installed and eventually led to our old door failing. He installed a beautiful new door at a considerable discount since he buys overstock doors from the manufacturer at a savings, and installed the same opener at his cost. He came three times to make sure the job was done right. You could not find a betterinstaller. This man's passion is garage doors!! Don't hire someone else until you talk to Charles!

Fast! I was contacted almost immediately by phone. A technician arrived less than two hours later and then completed the project in two hours with materials he had in his truck.

Charles contacted me within 15 minutes of my request. He understood the issue and had a technician at my home in an hour. Frank, the technician was professional and proficient. He explained what had happened and why and how to minimize the possibility of the problem recurring. That's good service.

Charles was amazing! He came and quoted me for a job replacing my old wooden door with a brand new steel one. It was a bit more complicated than he initially thought but he came through in a big way and stayed true to his estimate. I could not be happier!
