He cut a wire too short and a squirrel has already jumped on the mechanism and the wire unhinged. Now, I have no light inside the garage.

Quick and courteous service.

Technician knew everything and fixed my 2 garage doors beyond what I thought was going to be fixed. Got both done and he stopped by for a free estimate at 9am and he was able to do job immediately! He just left and I have not just 1 but 2 doors working now. Extremely satisfied!!!!

Charles the owner was able to help give me a verbal quote based on pictures I had sent him and made sure someone was able to come and check out my garage early next day to service it. He wanted to ensure that I was going to get prompt service and great overall value so I appreciated that. Another company had visited me before calling him and still hasn t been able to send me a quote in all this time so it goes to show what type of great service Charles provides.

Paid attention to detail, no nonsense, very knowledgeable and fast. Did more than just replacing the door closer he realigned the track that was also a problem.
