Placed request on Angie's List and received three (3) calls, Doors R Us was the first to contact me, and all others had the exact same price for the service I needed (replacement springs, new opener). I can not express how happy I am with not only the level of service but the time he took to discuss with me all of the features of the new unit, but in making sure everything with the door was SAFE and SECURE (tightened the hinges, greased the rollers, inspected the cables and pulley's, etc.. Although the opener was not the one I originally wanted, what he had fit the bill, and his extra attention to customer satisfaction made this a five-star review. He even went the extra mile to try and get my '11 vehicle to work with the new opener (they say '13 and up, but he tried going the extra mile for me, which is more than I can say for most companies these days). Really quick service, good explanation

Rarely do I find someone in the construction/repair industry that I can say was amazing to deal with from start to finish. Not knowing anyone in this field I was concerned about hiring someone out of the blue. Charles was extremely efficient, courteous and knowledgeable.
