Description of Work: I hired Garden State Gutter Cleaning December 2012 to come and clean my gutters. The company made me pre-pay while scheduling an appointment initially. The company called to reschedule several times (Approximately 4 times). On the next dated scheduled appointment I was at work during the time they were suppose to come. Since they had a track record of rescheduling, I called the company to see if they came to perform the work. The representative told me that the work was performed. When I got home the next day leaves were bellowing out of my gutters. I contacted the company and a representative told me that there was a mistake in the scheduling and someone would be out in a few days. At this time I was aggravated and cancelled but I still needed my money back. I ended up ultimately speaking and emailing a rude, obnoxious, unprofessional individual named Michael Pittaro who claimed to own the company. Pittaro was less than empathetic and attempted to have them come again
