Description of Work: Jeff was responsive and professional. He is a great communicator and as straightforward and honest as they come. He updated on his arrival time and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in 15 minutes. I highly recommend his expertise and keeping his card to pass on to all my family and friends.

+ -1 moreI have used Basic Refrigeration and Heating for a number of jobs over the last two years. Their largest job: They installed a new AC system in my primary residence. It was done on time and on budget. His team was neat, polite, and very professional. A few weeks later there was a small problem with condensation drain pipe from the old system . I notified Jeff the owner and his team was back next day to fix. No extra charge and courteous service. The owner Jeff will tell you he is not the cheapest but you can count having the job done right and not have to worry the he skimped on parts or work completed. Basic is a must use AC & Heating resource for homeowners and commercial users.

Description of Work: Jeff the owner of Basic Refrigeration has over 25 years in heating and AC work. He recently replaced one of my central A/C system. He was on time and within budget. No surprises and knows his profession. I would recomend Basic Refrigeration to any homeowner.
