Description of Work: Mike Reale was the plumber that was sent to our home and he was able to quickly assess the problem, explain what I needed to purchase to be installed and then returned promptly , happily and professionally to complete the job. Description of Work: My garbage disposal was jammed. The technician provided me with option to replace or fix. He said the fix may work for a while. It was a simple fix and has been working ever since. He wad polite and answered all my questions as he went along.

Description of Work: I hired Great Plumbers to fully replace my sewer line from inside the house to the city sewer connection in the street. I had multiple companies provide estimates before selecting Great Plumbers. Their price came in THOUSANDS of dollars less than their competitors. All of my questions and concerns were answered. The work was completed in a very timely, professional and clean manner. They took care of every detail of the job from start to finish. I am exceptionally pleased with the results. I will be calling on this company for any plumbing projects in the future. If it was possible to give a better rating than A, i would. They really were that great.

Description of Work: I have used Great Plumpers 3-4 times. Their plumbers have changed as poeple leave. One their people recommended I use someone else for replacement of a water. heater. The issue was not cost. I just felt he did not want to do he job, but I went with Great Plumbers anyway because of the time factor. The other plumbers were fine and request I ask for them. I think turnover maybe a problem
