They kept the appointment and came in and sprayed the basement and the things that were damaged by termites earlier. They also sprayed in the ground, but we did see termites again. We called them and they will be coming in on Wednesday. They were professional, responsive and punctual.

They came out on time and they were very professional. It was a very average experience. They are very reliable. I use them for every pest control problem I have.

I would use them again in the future.

It went fine. He was here about fifteen minutes. He showed me where there had been some old damage and pointed out that our mulch was too close to our garage and showed us how far away to keep it. They found no termites. They offered termite insurance but we opted out.

Dan, the rep from Guardian Termite and Pest Control, showed up right on time. He was extremely personable and pleasant, and explained to me in great detail what he was going to do. He answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing. This was our initial treatment, and we will have a follow up treatment in four weeks, then go on a quarterly schedule. When I called to inquire what services Guardian provided, I was pleasantly surprised to find that all prices were given up front, and my concerns were addressed. I am hopeful that Guardian and I will have a long, satisfying relationship!

The individual came out at the exact time (on the dot) that the appointment was scheduled. He looked at some of the mites/bugs and gave me a good differential diagnosis of the insects. He also gave me information on the proposed pesticide to be used. The service rendered was spraying the baseboards of the basement, garage and entire ground floor. He also liberally doused the outside perimeter of my house. He also stated that if he needed to do a second spraying if more bug found, that he would come back in 3-4 days. Luckily the diagnosis was correct, the place was sprayed and an invoice came to me a week later. This company was the second company we tried since being ignored by another pest control company in Laurel, NJ. Since having tried other contractors for work on my house (since being very disappointing), Guardian Termite and Pest Control provided timely, efficient, friendly and cost effective service. I would use them again and recommend to anyone within their service area.

Guardian did excellent work, from the original inspection through to the structural repairs. They came when they said they would come each time, we were pleased with their work. They cleaned up as they completed each phase.

The Guardian representative was very prompt and courteous. He answered our questions about the ants outside and some spiders inside our home. He said that he could certainly spray for us, but also said that we could treat this problem ourselves and told us how to do that. We were so very pleased with his honesty and helpful information! Hopefully we won't have bigger problems requiring exterminators, but if we do, we'll definitely use Guardian!

Technician was very polite and personable. Provided extra treatment at no charge. Would hire again for services.

VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DO A THOROUGH INSPECTION OF PROPERTY AND WE HAVE HAD NO TERMITES SINCE WE WERE ORIGINALLY TREATED. EACH YEAR THEY SEND A TECH OUT AND WE NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS.

THE REPRESENTATIVES FROM GUARDIAN WERE CLEAN, PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. THEY ARRIVED AT THE TIME THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO, AND GIVE A SATISFACTORY REPORT IN LESS THEN A HALF HOUR. WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.
