I have been using Guardian for about 15 years, whether it be for ants or termite inspection. Never had a problem with them. The technicians are prompt, polite and extremely knowledgeable. I have a service contract with them. They inform me when I have to an inspection. When I call them for any other service, they take care of it immediately. I highly recommend them.

All members of the Guardian team are excellent. We've worked mostly with Greg but have dealt with 2 other team members in the recent past. The most current team member was Dominic. He was on time, professional, and addressed all of our concerns. There is never a rush to any job as each technician takes time to discuss all of our situations in detail. Colder nights are upon us and some little friends (mice) always seem to find a way into our attic or basement. We've come up with a plan to address our situation, and this has severely reduced our issue. We also had some bee's nests tucked under our eves that were too high for us to address. The technician knocked these down, and identified the type of bees each nest contained. Lastly the outdoor perimeter spay was performed quickly and efficiently. We always noticed a reduction in all bugs after each treatment. If you subscribe to one of their protection plans you can call them at any time to address your current issue. They are always on time, friendly, efficient, honest, respectful of your home, and always address the problem. I rarely write reviews, but this company has been one of the best we're dealt with recently years. It seems you will generally work with the same technician, which is nice as this indicates low turn-over at the company (which is a good sign.) However all technicians are well trained and perform the job with high marks. Highly recommend.

Service went great which is why we have a quarterly service contract with Guardian. Had called them originally because we had seen signs of mice in 2014. Greg came out set traps/bait, inspected for entry points and closed any found. Came back for follow up and removed any mice found and reset traps and bait. Came back for next follow up and no mice. At that time we decided to get a quarterly service contract. Greg comes out every three months and sprays for any insects, checks for mice or any other pests and handles whatever issues may have occurred. He has come within the hour after a call due to a snake in the backyard and has also come out the same day as called to remove the one mouse that has been found in 2015. Could not be happier with the service. Would highly recommend. Always willing to explain everything and answer any questions asked regarding issues, products used, safety etc. Office always friendly and accommodating when called.

The technician arrived on time, was pleasant and helpful. He offered suggestions on treatments and provided us with pricing for semi-annual treatments. No sales pitch or pushed services, just provided the information and asked that we call the office if we wanted to schedule anything he recommended for the future. No call backs from them to push services or anything. It took the tech a little less than 2 hours to complete all of the services and I felt the price was very reasonable for the services provided. No Complaints here.

Professional and very thorough....excellent service!

My husband and I were very satisfied with the services Guardian provided. Guardian uncovered termite activity and damage, as well as carpenter bee activity. They provided their report to us via email on the same day as our inspection along with an estimate for how much it would cost to treat the termite/carpenter bee activity.

Overall, very well. The technician called us when he was on his way. When he arrived he wore the paper booties over his shoes. He was very polite and professional, We had used Guardian before. They are a good company to deal with. We will use them again.

In addition to providing this service, the provider pointed out possible termite and carpenter ant signs during his inspection, which I accompanied and explained how these may be inactive but how to check back and what to look for to make sure. Provider was friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. Very satisfied.

NO MICE AND NO RACCOON,,,,,,,,!!!!!would highly recommend. They know their business.will now have them come out several times a year and set traps to keep the mice prob. Controlled.

Office took the call and scheduled the inspection. Mike Sr. did the tour,answered all my questions,proposed a plan and named a price,. I signed off on it and work was scheduled. First day they were on time and completed the work in the named time. 2nd day I waited for 2 hours,called and was told they would soon be there Mike Sr and Jr, did the work and we were very pleased with their efforts. We could have used a phone call the 2nd day instead of waiting because we have things to do too. We will continue to use their services and recommend them highly.

Extremely nice and affordable company.

My home has cedar siding and is located in a very wooded area. Woodpeckers peck on the siding each year and I have been plugging holes for over ten years now. The siding is starting to look like a patch quilt. Tired of this I decided that it was time to re-side the house with vinyl siding. Woodpeckers peck to go after insects and larvae in wood. The question was then whether re-siding would address the problem. It would solve the woodpecker issue but the wood behind the siding would still be infested with insects and might these then work their way into our home? I called our pesticide provider and was told that they would apply TIM-BOR pesticide to my entire home exterior to address the problem. The price tag for this job was quite high. Having just joined Angie's list I called Guardian after having read their very positive reviews. Guardian came out and looked over the situation and informed me that I did not have an insect problem but rather that the woodpeckers like nesting in my walls. They peck at the walls because of the sound it makes as a mating call. Guardian also pointed out that TIM-BOR if applied would not work anyway. The siding is already stained and TIM-BOR is best applied on untreated wood. I did not need any pesticide treatment. Re-siding my home with vinyl would take care of the problem. Guardian was very professional. They were not after my money. I highly recommend this provider. Tops !

Guardian came quickly, checked everywhere inside and out and treated where he saw evidence of activity. Result is, no more ants. Very glad I used Angies List to find this professional. He was courteous, informative and expert.

I was given a time between 2 and 4 pm. Greg showed up early and immediately discovered what appears to be the problem which was a hole in my siding. He placed bait down beliving its an issue with a mouse and suggested if the issue persists for more than five days to call them back. Hopefully they won't need to come back. I was very impressed with Greg and the time he took to explain what he was doing as well as how to remedy the problem and also to determine whether its a bird or mouse that is the issue.

As promised. Its a messy process but that is expected

We liked them very much. We will use them again in the future. We were pleased with what they did.

They spray for ants and we haven't had any ants this year. They are always on time and professional.

They were efficient. They were quick and reliable. The guys showed up on time. He was willing to answer my questions pleasantly. The price was in line with the going rate for a termite job, so I was pleased with that and they were close by where I live. I am pleased with their service and I would use them again.

It has been 6 1/2 years since they serviced our home and we have not had an evidence of termites since. We are happy with their service.
