It went perfect! Eduardo showed up on time to provide a quote. He asked for extra time to ensure he could get the best price possible, which was a couple of hundred dollars less than other quotes. Eduardo was so professional and competent in his work, that we actually asked him if he could also do our gutters while he was here. Eduardo happily helped and did so for an extremely reasonable price. We were so satisfied that we are already in talks with him for some work in our bathroom. I highly recommend this company !!!

Mr. Lopez from J & B was punctual, courteous, and efficient. Did all of the work in the allotted 6 hour time frame. He was very easy to work with. Would certainly hire him again.

It went good. There was no follow-up. We just did the consultation and that's it. The person that came out was nice.

The contractor did renovate the powder room, but there were several items that need to be completed (grouting, finish tiling near the radiator, painting, spackling the ceiling, replacing the molding). He didn't measure the 2X4 to line up with the sink, so after he sheet rock and tiled the wall, the sink and vanity didn't line up with the studs. He had to put in extra bracing, but the sink is skewed to one side. He wanted to just have the heavy sink sit on the vanity, which is wall mounted. We didn't feel secure with that so although there were no support behind the tiled wall, we had him screw in the sink to the wall, so at the very least, the sink wouldn't slide forward and fall on someone's foot. We are very disappointed with his work, ethics and attitude. He did the demolition on the full bath, which took a day, but then he did very little work afterwards, stating he was waiting for the plumber or electrician. After several times of him or his plumber not showing up when scheduled, we told him that we are going to charge him $500, because the no show prevents us from going to work. He became angry and said that fee would cut into his profit and he walked off the job on December 16, 2015. He later tried to get the plumber to have me pay him instead of him paying the plumber directly. I have always told Eduardo, that the contract we have is between us and not his subcontractors (electrician and plumber). My payments were always made and given to Eduardo. I had to give a copy of 2 checks I had paid to prove to the plumber that I had paid Eduardo for plumber and electrical service fee. It appears to me that full bathroom renovations is not something he is used to, he does contracting work for Sears, which is just replacing items in kind. I had another contractor come to review the work and the little work he did for the full bath needs to be re-done. The wall mounted toilet frame had to be redone. Flooring was installed. Also, it wasn't his plan to use waterproofing around the tub and he didn't do any calculations to see if the cast iron tub would be secure. He was using the wrong nails to secure the 2x4. Almost everyday he would tell me how he's been doing this work for 20 years. I hired another electrician to do electrical work in the bathroom. Before I hired the new electrical contractor an initial inspection for the full bathroom was done and it failed. The wiring wasn't done. I asked why and Eduardo said that he wanted the wiring to go in after the rough inspection. He said he knew that he was lying but that's what he wanted to do. I said that the inspector could make them rip out the walls if he didn't see the initial wiring. The electrical work has been done by the new electrician and I am requesting reimbursement for monies I paid in advance. Also, during our initial meeting, he wanted to do the plumbing and electrical work, even though he only has a contractor's license. We told him that we wanted a licensed plumber and electrician. I found out on January 11, 2016, that the plumber was using someone's else certificate of insurance and seal, instead of using his own. The plumber's work was bad. The pipe connection points did not match up to the radiator. He was forcing the pipe into place, causing tension. The new contractor had to redo (physically remove and replace the pipes) the pipe connection. The first floor of my home was without heat since December 7, 2015. We had to use heaters to keep the area from freezing. Also, my husband and I haven't been able to shower at home since December 7, 2015. My husband had to join a gym just to take a shower. Also, he was always concerned about getting paid, even when he didn't complete the task he needed to do to get paid. When he walked off the job, he told some sheet rock, which I believe belongs to me since I paid for it.

. Edwardo from J&P was very nice and on time for the estimate. To replace the insulation,Sheetrock,overhead light,trim,some wiring,and two coats of paint in my bedroom. Cleanup was also included. J&P,s estimate was for $14,000.00. The coupon that I brought for $49. To get $250. Off the job if I went with J&B. What a wast of money that was. I paid $49 to get an estimate I would have gotten for free. Did not get any plans from them plus that price quote of $14,000.00 was unbelievably high. Decided to try another provider from Angie,s List and went with him for a little over $4,800.00. This was more in the range I had in mind.
