I called their number after 6pm and the owner called me back from his home. He gave me a quote over the phone and a promise to call from the office the next day to schedule. He called the next morning and we scheduled the work for that very afternoon. They showed up on time and got the job done quickly and professionally for the price quoted. I feel this was a great price for attic fan completely installed. I couldn't be happier. FYI they also did my attic insulation a few years ago and I was very happy with that job as well.

I called Breeze control for an estimate on attic insulation. After making contact with them we set an appointment for an estimate. However, on the day of the estimate they were a no show. No call or anything. I guess they didn't need my business.

It was probably the best service provider experience we have had in NJ. They were punctual at the estimate and the work day. Everything went EXACTLY as they said it would. They were knowledgeable and told us what to expect at the estimate, and it went exactly as stated. It was CLEAN, on time, and done right. The results are fantastic!!! And I really appreciate that the guy who came to do the estimate came back to do the work - a lot of other companies send some other person who has no idea what they are even there to do. An excellent company!!!!!

Best investment to date on our house... Three bedrooms above the garage were literally freezing in cold weather due to a lack of insulation in the garage ceiling. Called three Angie's list companies and Breeze Control was competative in price and as per their website honored a 10% coupon from another company, which I printed off Angie's list. They were prompt, called to confirm and called 30 minutes before arriving. In and out in 4 hours. They used 11 bails of cellulose so clearly no skimping on materials. Only criticism is the dust. They should have used more tarps to cover the shelves and other items. They did vacuum the garage and and blow the driveway before they left. Very easy to work with, polite and cooperative. Third generation family owned business. I would use them again and will recommend them to others.

Everything went great. Ian and Peter showed up when they said they would (were actually early) and did a great job. I am very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them.

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP FOR A SCHEDULED ESTIMATE

They were great, specifically Peter and Ian. Anyone who is looking for home ventilation should call Breeze Control!

Called to confirm that they would be at the house between 10 and 11. Arrived at house approx. 10:30. Removal and installation took approx. one hour. Turned on, adjusted fan thermostat, and left, taking old unit with them.

We had 3 estimates for whole house fan installation. Breeze Control was the only company who guaranteed us that we would not hear the fan because of the unique installation by chains and springs. We were doubtful, but they were 100% correct. I do not hear a thing while the fan is on.

We used Breeze Control in the past for our whole house fan, but we still had 2 other estimates for mold remediation in our basement. Unlike the other companies, they explained everything to us in plain English. They completed the job in 3 days. The work has a 10 year warrantee. The best father and son team we have ever worked with.

The installation was smooth and swift. Peter and Breeze are a stand up, no nonsense company. The don't push any decisions on you. I highly recommend.

Total time wasters. Met them at the NJ Home show and confirmed I wanted to have them install an attic fan. I had to call them several times to confirm an install date and each time they failed to show up. Absolute waste of time. Would not recommend them.

They did a job that others didn't want to do. I had three people give me estimates. Other people said that I would have to clean out the attic before they would do the job. It was a father and son and they just moved things from one side to the other. They did the insulation and moved it back. That was very worthwhile to me. I was very pleased with that.

These guys did a great job identifying the improper installation of the house fan cover and replacing and installing it correctly. I highly recommend their service!

They did a good job when they came and did it. They were neat and clean and they did it perfectly but they were difficult to get in contact with. They didn’t respond to phone calls. I would rate them lowly because they didn’t respond. The price was good. It was fair. I would use them again in the future. The work was fine and they were decent enough when they finally came but it was getting them out here that was difficult.

Ian came to my house with in a few days after my original call to provide a quote. He was incredibly polite and courteous and inspected the attic in my cape. He explained how much heat we were losing because of the improper installation of the previous insulation and what Breeze Control would do to rectify the problem. When we brought Ian and his crew back they arrived exactly when they said they would. We were worried, because of the blown-in insulation that there would be a lot of dust and some debris left behind, but they were very neat and respectful and left no remnants of insulation outside of the attic area. We were very happy with with the work they performed and are even bringing them back to install an exhaust fan in our upstairs to help keep the upstairs cool in the summer months.

They showed up when they said they would and got it done in a few hours with absolutely no mess in my house. They are a little 'iffy' about returning calls in a timely manner but they get the job done very well for a reasonable charge using high quality materials. It looks great and really brightens up the room. The one suggestion from me is to obtain a timer switch to run the exhaust fan so that it turns itself off after 10, 20 or 30 minutes. They installed a regular wall switch but I usually forgot to turn it off after running it for a while so I switched to the timer.

Responsive, professional. Original quote included over the garage - they forgot and i forgot. I didn't call them on it. hard to reach after the job, but no complaints .... however i have not noticed any improvement from the insulation. it looks like they did everything, so i just question the value of blow-in insulation. futher, they talked me out of air sealing, in retrospect, i wish i had done that but i can't blame them for their opinion.

The company never called us back after not showing up for an estimate. We will never recommend to any of our friends or family. We left messages, they never called back.

They were fantastic. I was happy with the service. They were so great and honest. They were very reasonably priced. I had no problems whatsoever. I saved so much money because it cools the whole house down in summer and I don't have to use the air conditioning. In the winter, it keeps the house warm. I saved so much money; my PCS&G bill went down to nothing. The service was so good. They knew their products up and down, all over the place. The workers were fantastic. They called to let me know when they were coming. They were exactly on time. They told they were going to be here and they were here. They had all the equipment needed. They worked very fast; basically they were in and out. They gave me an extended warranty on their work. I never had a problem with them. If ever I would have problem, they would come out to fix it. They were only one in New Jersey who did this kind of things. I'm going to have them to do my windows and blowing insulation. The owner name was Peter and he was so nice. I will highly recommend them. I told all my friends and everyone in my family. It was a unique company; but it was definitely worth it. I saved more money than I have put in. I had seen my bills shrink. It has been environment friendly and energy efficient. They were great people. They were reliable. When they told they were going to be here and they were here. They were fast. They were in and out. They knew everything and they told me everything they were doing. If I felt I need something, but they don't feel I need it than they never did it. It really impressed me because lot of companies tried to oversell. They were extremely honest. I already have a setup with them, when weather gets better they will be doing windows and the garage. They did the work all day along and I would need their professional opinion. I trust them and I trust their opinion. I don't tell this about any other companies at all. I did lot of research before I went in and did something. I and my husband were so pleased with the service. They were so honest and personable. They were people friendly. They have really good business skills. It was worth it and I will tell this to everybody else out there. I recommended them to someone I met while shopping as they needed attic ventilator. I was really happy with them. Peter was such a nice guy. They have been passing this work down from generation. He was so knowledgeable about insulation and structural things like support beams. He was very knowledgeable about house engineering and other things. He was highly professional. I know four other people on my block, either have used them couple of years ago or recommended them. I was really glad when I met them.

This company exhibited at the Meadowlands Home Expo in 2009. They specialize in all types of house ventilation fans and also do skylights and insulation. I used this company last year to replace an attic fan, and I was satisfied with their service then. I contacted them in March 2010 to check out a bathroom exhaust fan that stopped working and they recommended the Spruce model. The fan is indeed very quiet and is very effective in controlling the bathroom humidity. They are very pleasant to work with and I highly recommend them. I gave them a B on pricing since I have no basis for comparison. I have had a positive experience each time I used them.
