John, our project manager, was great and made sure all the work was completed efficiently and on time. The work crews coming in and out were outstanding. They were very respectful of our home, worked nonstop until the work was finished, and did an excellent job cleaning up every day. The biggest, and only, headache we encountered was waiting for inspections from our town, which is completely out of Basic Basements' control. We are very pleased and would 100% use them again."

From my first contact with Brandon of Aerotek Environmental he was the most helpful of all that I had spoken to about my issue. In addition to giving a reasonable cost estimate, Brandon took the time to carefully explain the step by step remediation process that his company would provide which included digital photos before, during and on completion of work. Having decided to use Aerotech the process ran very smoothly from setting the schedule date through the actual work and payment for services. Communication with Brandon was excellent - If I called or sent a text Brandon would either promptly answer or respond in a very short time. On the scheduled day, Felix Castro (job foreman) and his team arrived on time. Felix explained in detail exactly what he and his team would be doing. On completion of the work, Felix ensured that all debris was removed and provided full details as to what had been done and what he and his team found to be the most likely area of the leak. I am very satisfied with the entire process of working with Brandon who along with Felix and his team provided excellent customer service and would not hesitate to call in again should the need arise. I would highly recommend Brian and Aerotek Environmental to anyone in need of mold remediation services"

"Used Len the Plumber in Cherry Hill for the first time. Called at 8 a.m. and they had someone out within a couple of hours. Pricing was up front, so no surprises. The tech - Sonny - was great! He answered all of my questions and had the toilet repaired in under an hour. I was concerned that the 30-year-old toilet would need to be replaced but, thankfully, Sonny determined that the toilet was in good working condition. I appreciated the honesty! I would have given 5 stars but pricing seemed high - almost $400 to replace a $20 part."

"They truly live by the code of "you get what you paid for". The price was cheaper than expected (and they included a free estimate too). So ultimately, our slow bathtub drain was cleared. However, the technician had terrible housekeeping. After stripping the caulking around the overflow valve, they left the caulking pieces in the bathtub and told us to flush them down the drain (?!). They said the provided bio solution would clear the pieces just fine...but why do that when a trash can is less than a foot away?? Then, they did not offer to reseal the valve they just opened...just left a mess for us to pick up. As such, we will not be using them again next time...free estimate or not. If we wanted the bare minimum, we would have done it ourselves."
