He was the most professional, courteous and best guy for the job. He sent me videos during his estimate which none of the other people I had give me estimates did, he called me as soon as he was thru with the estimate and thoroughly explained all my options. Alexander from A Big Head Pest Control was very professional and thorough, taking the time needed to fully assess and remedy our flying squirrel issue. Through a thorough check of the house, he located multiple entry spots which other pest control professionals that we used in the past missed, As a result we had a recurring problem previously. Alexander texted me before and after pictures of each entry spot he fixed so I could see the issue and correction. I am confident that the work Alexander has done will finally fix our issue of flying squirrels in our house. Everything he did is well above what other services have done in the past both in quality and quantity. The remedy was not inexpensive, but was in line with the time and quality of work. I highly recommend this service and we plan to use him for all of our pest control needs going forward.

Never physically met Alexander because I was remote from the job, but he had great communication which made it easy.

Alexander was great! I was totally skived - out over the bugs I saw and he really help me calm down. I didn't give a 5 on quality because I am in wait and see mode to see if we got rid of the bugs. So far so good and it was a little bit more than I expected to spend but if the vermin are gone it will be 5's all around!
