Called Alexander to discuss our issue with raccoons in our attic and inquired about recommendations on how we could rid ourselves of these raccoons to get the needed carpentry work completed on our home soffit areas. Alexander responded very quickly and came to our house and did a thorough inspection of the areas where the raccoons were gaining entry into our attic areas. Alexander's quote was fair and equitable so we agreed to let him install a tunnel system to help us get rid of our unwanted friends prior to the carpentry work beginning. I needed to get rid of maggots. He came in an sprayed some chemicals I could have done and laid down 10 mouse traps I didn?t need. Meh

They came to do the inspection and extermination on the same day, and eversince I didn't see anymore rodents.

In addition to ridding us of our pest problem (squirrels and birds), he also repaired the damage that they caused to our home. Prompt service. Alexander responded within minutes of leaving message, and came by 8 p.m. that evening to initially check out the situation. Came 2 days later (Sat aft.) to set up his trapping equipment, & by Tues. a.m. the raccoon was in the trap!

Called three people to solve a mouse problem and very glad chose Alex. He responded promptly on a weekend and was only one that went into crawl space to really see where activty was. He took the longest inspecting the foundation and showed me where there were gaps that needed to be sealed. Very thorough in the house as well. Not most inexpensive, but think was definitely the best option to control the mice. Highly reccomend.
