Description of Work: I called on a Monday back in beginning of June and spoke to the Owner. He explained that at the time the Dispatch Coordinator was at the Bank and would call me back as soon as she returned for the errand. I left detailed information (phone #, email address, my actual address for the job which is only 15-20 minutes away). Until now I have not received a return call!!! UNEXCEPTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Description of Work: Sherman and Sons is an excellent company to do business with. They repaired a break in my icemaker line to the fridge. They came on time, were extremely responsive and professional. I have used them for other plumbing needs and they are the best I have found.
