Description of Work: They did an excellent job once they showed up. Appointments were rescheduled several times, missed many scheduled appointments. Very frustrating.

Description of Work: They got lost, called screaming and told me they were not coming. I took the whole morning off work waiting for them, and that was what I got. Obviously I want my money back. Never deal with them, what a colossal waste of time.

The appointment was for between 10 and 11 AM; the office called me to let me know that the technician would arrive closer to 11. I appreciated the call, as many service providers don't call with updates, requiring you to keep calling them. Steve was courteous, professional, and addressed any questions or concerns that I had. I would recommend Suburban.

Description of Work: Cleaned sofa, loveseat, and recliner - for no extra charge they also cleaned most of the carpet in the family room and the stairs. Very pleasant experience.

Description of Work: Had a couch and a love seat cleaned. Two man team arrived on schedule and moved the furniture. Everything was handled professionally and my furniture was dry in about four hours time. Would definitely hire them again.
