The service was great. We can't believe how great the carpets look! Truly, they look brand new. We haven't let anyone step on the carpets with their shoes on and we don't plan to.

Suburban Home Services was very easy to work with and provided a great service and a very competitive price. This was our second time using them to clean our carpets and were very happy with their service.

I bought a big deal for this service and it was fine. They came out the day we planned and they came on time. They added $50 for stairs which they told me at the beginning. They are fine and are efficient. Their pricing seemed fair; I have a large house. I probably could have shopped around. They did exactly what they said they would and did not try to add anything on. I did not ask for a special service at a special time.

The owner and his assistant arrived on time and explained what they would be doing. They told me what the price would be with the additional services that I needed and they were reasonable.

First of all, I've never had my carpets cleaned with a rotary machine (the ones they use to shine floors). I'm not too sure how deep of a cleaning is given that way. I would think it's just superficial. Plus, the mechanism used to pull the moisture out of the carpet afterwards was a small handheld device used by a young man crawling around on his knees. This is just very different than the other times I've had carpets cleaned by other companies. I wasn't pleased to be handed an invoice that was lower than the "special price" I paid to Angie's List. So much for a special deal! When I called the companies customer service, I was told I was charged more because of the cost that Angie's List charges them. So they passed that cost down to me. I won't be using this company again.

Efficient and good quality work.

Two men arrived on time and explained what they were going to do. They were very courteous and respectful. While it was a pretty big job in that the carpets hadn't been cleaned for a long time, the company wasn't phased. The whole process from booking to payment was painless. I would definitely use them again for other jobs, including gutters and windows.

He worked very hard and cleaned our carpets. I even recommended him to my friends.

They were very accommodating with scheduling and came out to complete the cleaning as promised. The couch looked great and would still look that way if I didn't let kids eat on it.

I was very happy with the results. The truck unfortunately broke down on the way to our house, but they kept us up to date the entire time and when they arrived, they threw in an extra small chair I had that was dirty for the inconvenience. I will definitely use them again when I need carpet or upholstry cleaning.

He comes on time. Better to do during summer time so that windows and doors can be kept open to avoid all the smell of chemicals to be inhaled. Cleans grout very clean, but won't do any sealing.

We purchased a sofa+loveseat deal for our sectional, then had to wait a bit to get a Saturday appointment but it was worth it. Steve came over, setup, put his booties on (it was raining outside) and started to clean. After the the sectional was cleaned we were so impressed that we added another sofa and 2 rugs on the spot. Both the sofa and the sectional look much better then they were before - Steve was able to get some of the spots that previous cleaners left behind (and we've used a couple of different providers before). Overall a very happy customer - will use him again.

They were great. He did a great job. Pricing was very reasonable. He showed on time and I would definitely recommend him and I would give him a A+. I was very happy with everything that he did.

I couldn't be happier with the results. I had tried every product I could find to clean a white stripped chair, but nothing worked. Suburban got the chair looking like new. They arrived on time and couldn't be nicer. I would definitely use them again and would use them for other services.

Not only did he clean the couch and all the decorative pillows, he cleaned my area rug and the small rug in the foyer! Wonderful job. He also cleans tile. Rest assured he will be back at my house soon. :-)
