THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

I had my house on the market and we wanted them professionally cleaned. They dried very quickly. Afterwards, I wish I would have done maybe steam cleaning to get a deeper clean because we have a pet household. They did what they were supposed to and it freshened everything up.

This company is awesome! They were very professional, and left the carpets looking good as new. They did the cleaning while I was at work, and made it as easy as possible for me not to worry about a thing. I highly recommend!

The carpet cleaning was performed by one individual over approximately 1500 sq ft. The stairs and wall corners were missed. There was evidence of 3/4 circular pattern visible on stairs. Very poor quality. Due to the sq footage of the job, two men should have been used.

Overall great experience. Very proficient in using messages on the Angie app that allowed me to schedule services while out of the country and to adjust for changing schedules. The technician who showed up was very friendly and professional, took great care to not track winter snow through the house, and took additional steps to ensure pet odors would be neutralized. They were very candid about pricing from the start and pricing seemed very reasonable. I will use their services again.

Everything went as planned.

He was on time, pleasant, accommodating and efficient. He completed the job much faster than I anticipated and the carpet looks great. It had many kinds of stains including puppy mistakes and red wine both of which I tried and tried to remove. I am amazed! I've never had this type of carpet cleaning done and from here on, won't use anything else. I plan to use this company again in the near future.

Very well. The man showed up on time, wore booties in the house, and worked through each room carefully. He also cleaned my stairs and an area rug for free and washed my glass front door.

Very punctual. Went right to work. Sofa and love seat hadn't been cleaned in ages. They made them look like new.

Steve did an excellent job on the couch and chaise lounge - they look brand new (which is a difficult task for cream that's gotten dirty over time). He also made a valiant effort on the carpet but I think the red dye has made my family room carpet a goner - not a negative reflection on Steve's work I think the combination of color and time made it an impossible job. All in all very happy with Steve's work and would use him again.

I have tried to phone and email this angles list special deal provider to book carpet cleaning services. No reply. Awful!!!.

They were very professional. They came on time. They promptly provided the estimate.

The owners of the company are a Russian couple. She is at the phone responding while her husband Steve does the carpet cleaning. They use dry cleaning chemicals so they don't drive up on your lawn in front of your front door wreaking havoc on your lawn (as the last company did!). The carpets have never looked so nice. Indeed I signed up to have their other person Russell come and do my 44 windows and nearly as many screens for $350.

Responsive, professional, and communicative. Called prior to visit to ensure correct time and job specifics. Called again prior to time to communicate a possible delay! The workers were professional, diligent in their job, unobtrusive, and efficient.
