Suburban Home Services were awesome! The couch had been sitting in a basement for several years, and had old adhesive stuck all over it (from double sided tape). After the cleaning, it looks like new! All of the adhesive is gone - there's no trace of it at all. The off-white carpet covers living and dining rooms and is pretty old. Again, the outcome was fantastic. Would hire these folks again in a heartbeat.

Steve was on time and did a great job with our carpet. I would definitely call on them again for other services.

They cleaned the carpets for me. They were able to complete the job in the same day. I feel like I got mislead thought with the service; I thought they were going to do steam cleaning. They used old machines. They did screw up the first appointment since the equipment broke down. They did show up on time the next time and they were professional.

I am beyond thrilled with their services. They had to reschedule (for legitimate reasons) and the scheduler was very apologetic. Today, they came right on time. We had no idea how clean our tile and grout would become. We had not cleaned it in over 10 years and we knew it was really dirty. We were shocked at how much dirt was being removed as they scrubbed the tile and grout. After they were done, the grout looks like almost new. It is amazing! I am so thrilled we had Suburban Home Services perform this service. I have already scheduled them to perform additional services. I also recommended them to someone else, who called today to schedule their tile and grout to be cleaned.

All went well. The couch and carpet look great. This was a Christmas present for my daughter and son in law. They were very pleased.

The work was done quickly and thoroughly and the area rugs look bright and clean. They were very responsive from the time I contacted them to the day the service was performed.

This company was a pleasure to do business with. I was contacted promptly after purchasing to schedule a day, and they are extremely flexible and worked around my schedule. They USE INSTEAD a floor buffer machine and spray a cleaning (their special solution) on the rug. I needed the FILTH taken out of the rug, not just deoderizer sprayed on the rug and buffed. Before I booked I explained to the woman I have a puppy that occasionally has accidents on the rug and she (with her thick accent) said sure we take care of that NO PROBLEM. so I booked and they came on time and very pleasant gentleman. Well after laying in my bed and the smell of PET URINE smelling more heavily then initially, I decided to call the company back and tell her that I still smell the dog urine and now it smells worse. She then told me "Oh we dont have anything for PET URINE", but initially when booking the cleaning she said they take care of that NO PROBLEM. Well she did say they dont use a carpet cleaning machine, but will send the guy back, he or she would call me back and let me know. SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK Needless to say, there wouldn't have been anything else she could have done to fix it anyway without a carpet cleaning machine. So I bought a carpet cleaning machine for $200 and cleaned the apt, room by room. The RUG WATER extracted was black with sand and grit, etc and even the water that the machine extraced smelled like urine which was good that means it was getting that urine out of the rug. The carpet came out looking brand new and the SMELL NOW COMPLETELY GONE, thanks to me. I could have saved me $100 initially and just put it towards my CARPET CLEANING machine purchase.

Someone always answered the phone or called back quickly. Alex arrived on time and took a couple of hours to clean all 6 rooms. He was very friendly and made sure to point out stains that would come out and those that probably wouldn't. 20 year old carpets came out beautiful. Only a few, small residual stains reappeared but I knew prior which ones might. Dry time was supposed to be 4 hours but it's more like overnight for complete drying. Alex even threw something heavy out for me while he was there a real gentleman. I would use this service again.

The technician arrived as promised after a confirmation call the same morning. He put on booties so as not to soil the rest of my house. He was professional and addressed my concerns.

I received an email message saying that they are in a different part of the state, and do not service my area.

They did an excellent job, got stains out of my carpet that other carpet cleaners could not. Would use again, very professional and worked thoroughly. Carpets were dry in 2 hours!

The technician was well knowledgeable, courteous, professional, punctual and worked efficiently. I had a problem I didn?t think could be solved: I had taped each step on my carpeted stairway with thick electrical tape to save it from my cat that was scratching and unraveling the carpet. Unfortunately when I removed the tape the sticky backing left dark grey engrained sediment that I was sure could not be removed without ruining the carpet. This gentleman spent a good deal of extra time with an instrument that scraped the sticky sediment off. I was amazed ? it almost looked like new and on most of the steps I couldn?t tell there had been a problem. And to top it off I was only charged an extra $44 for the steps (as an added job). Previous carpet cleaners charged me $99. (98% of the stains were removed from my carpets and they looked fresh and the colors of the oriental rugs were vibrant again.. The stains that couldn?t be removed were due to chemical changes in the carpet (urine stains from an animal). This company also cleans windows and I am definitely going to book them for spring cleaning.
