Being in the business for many years and dealing with wonderful homeowners, having many satisfied and returned customers only hearing good words about our service, about our technicians, for the first time we had to deal with a customer refusing to pay for our services and wanting more for less and or for free. Before arrival the house was not prepared, the clothes were on the floor all over, the tech had to pick up everything, move all the furniture, during carpet cleaning the customer walked side by side watching how the carpets were being cleaned, the job took 6 hours, when the tech was about to finish cleaning 3000 sq.ft of carpet, picking up everything from the floor, moving all the furniture, he was told to wash the carpets all over again, the job was not paid for, only after treating to go to court we have received the payment, We are in the business today because all our customers come back to us, over and over again for many years they recommend their family and friends.
