This is not my customer. I never did work for her so this is an unfair review. We don't have the phone number so how can we call. It's the customers job to make the initial fall. Can't judge us on something we did not do. Cross check us on Google and see for yourself who is the top carpet cleaning company in New Jersey.weare in the top 5% in the nation.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning in 4 bedrooms and our landing. They did a very nice job with the overall work. The was thorough and detailed. |My only constructive feedback would be that he showed up about an hour late. This was after calling and saying he would be an hour late...it was close to an hour after that. I'm not too much of a stickler; the work was good. |We signed up for the $99 special for 3 rooms and decided to have the landing and an additional BR done. |We would recommend this company again and will likely use them in the future.

Description of Work: They were the first to respond to my emergency situation. Paul scheduled me for the same day when he was going to be in my area. He even called to ask if he could come a little earlier since he was ahead of schedule. He was very professional, did a great job cleaning all areas I requested. I am very satisfied and will be using his services in the future for routine carpet maintenance.
