Description of Work: Trimmed large branches on a walnut tree using the truck and bucket and also trimmed smaller branches on lower trees. Thinned out a Japanese Maple. Left trees beautifully balanced while maintaining privacy in the backyard. Crew was excellent and left the yard cleaner than when they had arrived. Excellent service from the arborist/ office staff/ and tree crew.

Description of Work: They were pretty good. They left huge piles of wood chips because they didn't cut the tree trunk low enough to the ground. We had to call them to come and clean some of the chips and they did. Unfortunately, snow began as they were finishing and the wood chips had to stay until spring. |

 + -1 moreMy 50ft pine tree fell and landed in the driveway on top of two autos. I am alone and didn't know who to call or trust. I went to Angies List and called this company. The representative, Ryan, came to my house within an hour. (this was after the nor'easter) He gave me an estimate and excellent advice and had his men come to my home within the next hour. I was amazed. The crew that came to do the work were as nice and professional as I have ever seen. They did an outstanding job and cleanup. I was amazed and now I can sleep tonight knowing it was taken care of in such a professional and fairly priced way.
Description of Work: My 50ft pine tree fell during the rain/wind storm on 3/14/10. It landed across the driveway on top of two autos and was discovered upon returning home at 7:15pm on Sunday eve. The tree needed to be removed and chipped. This was done and the area completely cleaned up. Very professional and concientious workers.

 + -1 moreTrying to save money, I only asked for the tree to be taken down and I planned to get some usable firewood out of it and dispose of the rest myself. Ryan Moore came over and gave me an estimate that I thought was very reasonable. He said they would chip the small limbs and brush ( that I wouldn't use anyway) as they go along since they get in the way of their job for the quoted price. This saved me a lot of work. I was in no big hurry to have it done, so they came in about a week or so and took the tree down, cleaned up and left in less than an hour. They left me the trunk sections and some of the larger limbs, but no leaves. After I cut up the limbs for firewood, I determined the trunk sections were too big for me to deal with, so I called and asked if they could come and take them as well, and for only another $25, they did. I was very happy with their work.
Description of Work: I had a dying 60 foot Maple tree that I wanted to take down.

It was expensive, though the quote seemed comparable to other companies'. I trusted their experience and the arborist/sales rep was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about our trees.
Description of Work: Six large trees (some 200-300 ft tall) on our hilled property were pruned, removing dead branches and those that were a hazard to our house.
