Description of Work: Turned out that there was a second switch between the circuit breaker and the dishwasher so it did not need a repair. Found out while it was open that it was wired incorrectly (no strain relief) and needed to be grounded. The technician recommended that I call an electrician. I took care of it myself. Technician was very polite and helpful. I would use the service again although I did feel that the cost to have a technician open my dishwasher was a little high. But it was the cost agreed upon when I made the appointment.

Description of Work: They were fantastic. Washer broke and I scheduled an appointment on line for the very next day. Did not have to block out half a day two weeks down the road :) Came at the time of appointment and were fantastic!! Unfortunately could not fix my washer-it would have cost more than what a complete new one would have cost just due to parts. They actually told me it wasn't worth it and even suggested a brand to look into that was more reliable. They do not sell appliances and had no cause to give me advice other than great customer service. Thanks so much!! |

Description of Work: The repairman came out to look at my dishwasher which was on the fritz. He arrived next day as scheduled. The repairman was very knowledgeable and thorough. They provided me w/ a repair estimate the following day as promised. Very smooth experience. They were a little expensive, but that was in part b/c I opted for the last time slot of the day for which they charge a premium. Overall, though, very pleased with this outfit.

Description of Work: The best repair service I have ever had. Why? Great on-line site for scheduling your appointment. NO SURPRISES! You know the price before they come. They come on time. And they fix it (our dishwasher). The price is as quoted. They understand service.

Description of Work: I owne a Viking range and tend tobe quite expencive to get parts for and have repairs done. I explained what the problem was on their web page and when the tech arrived he had the part in hand! Tthere was a second issue and a part had to be ordered as it was model spacific there was no service charge for the follow up visit.

Description of Work: Contacted them about a malfunctioning dishwasher. They were prompt and tried to repair it. The repair didn't work and they came back and found that it needed a part based on information they did not have the first time they came. They researched the price of the part which is no longer being made so it is quite expensive. We will be buying a new dishwasher instead.

Description of Work: They attempted to fix a refridgerator for me. The problem wasn't fixable, but they did the best they could've done.
