They were responsive when called and they showed up when they said they would. Representative seemed responsible and knowledgeable. The item ordered was installed in a timely fashion.

Discovered the leak on a Sunday and called first thing monday and flagged on voicemail that it was an emergency. Received a call shortly thereafter, and Vince was out that morning to assess the problem. Recommendation was for a new water heater since leaking one past useful life are not able to/worth fixing (I checked around and this an accurate assessment). Guys would've been in that day to replace it but I wanted to increase the capacity and didn't call them back in time so they could get the unit. Scheduled for 8am the next morning and the two installers were right on-time, friendly, clean and professional. They laid drop cloths on the floor and went right to work. Install took a few hours and the only trace they left was a brand new, professionally installed water heater. We've used several plumbers before sticking with Curcio. They might be a little more expensive than the cheapest estimate but they always do a great job and we have not had a bad experience. I strongly recommend you at least try them once.

We searched around and requested estimates from several plumbers that had done work in our area. Although they were all comparably priced, we chose Curcio Plumbing for 3 reasons: 1. He was local 2. He provided photos of his work which looked incredibly clean 3. He had fresh ideas for achieving the type of high efficiency we wanted. During the course of our project, my husband and I decided to add outside components to the scope of work (i.e. tiling the floor, removing a chimney, painting). We also changed the location of the new boiler and water heater. Curcio was more than accommodating in shuffling his schedule to allow us the time necessary to complete these items. He moved all appliances from the room to enable us to get the work done. He listened to our concerns carefully and patiently, addressing all details accordingly. We're very happy with the outcome. Curcio offers that level of integrity that any homeowner should expect when hiring a professional. His crew was always on time, friendly and neat. We look forward to working with him again on our next project.

Vince came to the house a week before to give us a quote. I immediately told him our timeline and when we would like this job to be completed. He was honest enough to tell me that he was not available, but will try to work something out....no promises. All the other plumbers were getting quotes from were pushing for us to replace all the baseboards in the house, but Vince was actually not pushing. he actually advised us that we changing them was not necessary. That evening Vince called and mentioned he was able to move things around and be available the following week. The day of the service came, and they arrived on time, and completed the job on time. He was great in patiently explaining to me the pipes in the house. We will definitely use them again. They are actually going to get booked to maintenance my furnace in the fall, and do other repairs.

In a word Great. Ron was on time and very neat and easy to work with. The job took less time than I thought it would and went without any problems.

They came out for an estimate and met me on time. The estimated price is what I paid. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. The plumber who did the work did a great job and cleaned up after himself. We had an old utility sink that was beat up and the drainage plumbing was a mess. The pipe that T'd into the main drain had come out and broke apart and was leaking. All of the drainage piping was installed along with the new utility sink. It was mounted properly against the wall and bolted to the floor. The original utility sink was not and would move which is what caused the problems to begin with. Very pleased with end results. NOTHING TO DO WITH CURCIO PLUMBING-------------------------------------------------However, a note about my search for them. A problem I did have (and I will be writing to Angie about this) was FINDING Curcio Plumbing. Initially when I did a search on Angie's I got several pages of results for plumbers. The majority of them that showed up were out of state or pretty far away from us. Even some of those in state that I called informed me they didn't service our area. I went through 3 or 4 pages of Angie's results and could not find a Plumber near enough to me that would do the work. I got frustrated and went to google and did a search for plumbers and my town. I got some listings off of NJ.com (I believe) and found Curcio Plumbing there. Just for the h*** of it I figured I'd search on Curcio on Angie's. What do you know, Curcio Plumbing IS listed and with a good rating. I don't know what's going on. Maybe my settings are wrong. However, Curcio Plumbing is pretty much down the road from me. As far as I'm concerned my search results should be showing the businesses closest to me and then working outward.

They were wonderful. I thought they were rated very highly on Angie’s List, which was something I looked forward. They were local to my home, which was better. They were very professional and respectful. The guy who helped seemed to be very nice. Their price was fair. They were very quick to respond. They were very punctual.

We had a leaky kitchen faucet and we got estimates from 3 plumbing companies. One of them was Curcio and they gave me an estimate of about 240-270$ to replace my kitchen faucet. After purchasing the faucet I decided to go with Curcio as they have great reviews on Angies List. Today the plumber from Curcio plumbing came to our house and changed the kitchen faucet. The approx. time he spent was about 1 hour 15 minutes. But when he presented me the bill, I was shocked. He told me pay $340 totally which included $98 for the first visit and $240 something for changing the faucet. Basically Curcio Plumbing was punishing me for getting work done from them. When I asked him about the $98 dollar charge, he said they do not give free estimates for leaky kitchen faucets and they have to charge for their first visit when they came and just gave an estimate, this was never informed before finishing the work nor was it disclosed in the initial estimate they gave for the job. If I go Curcio Plumbing's reasoning I should be expecting 2 more invoices from other 2 plumbers who gave me an estimate. Beware of this company, my experience was very unpleasant and I am still in a shock.

The technician arrived at the time expected, he was very knowledgeable, thorough and fast at his job.

The plumber arrived, looked at the leak and indicated we need to tun the water off and we need to call the water company. He called the company and made an appointment for us. He also said that there is no for him to stick around and charge us for his time. Instead, he asked us to call him after the water was turned off. He came soon after the water was turned off and fixed the leak. He also asked us to call him back to let him know that the leak was fixed after the water company turned the water on.. All in all, he was here for the shortest time and charge was very reasonable.

Work was performed professionally and right on estimate. Person was knowedgeable, curteous and on time.

It was actually not a bad price. It took them 2 hours to do the job. They were prompt, courteous and they were just happy to work with you. They were very pleasant and professional. They did a great job. They were talking, friendly and laughing about how gross it was. They were pleasant throughout the experience. They came on a Saturday and they monitor their call numbers. A lot of times, when you leave a message, no one will respond, but they monitor it and get back to me in 30 minutes, which is amazing.

Service went well and I've used them before and will continue in the future. Great local service, fair price and good follow up to make sure it was OK.

At 6:30 on a Thursday evening, my husband discovered that our old hot water heater had had a massive leak. (Note to homeowners: replace an old heater BEFORE the bottom falls off it!!) I called Curcio at about 7 p.m. and Mr. Curcio answered and came right over (we are only a few miles from his office/service center.) We discussed various water heater options and chose one fairly similar to what we had. The new heater was installed the next morning. The technicians were prompt, courteous, efficient and cleaned up the work area, so that we could concentrate on drying out the rest of the basement. Although I think we paid a bit more than we might have if we had shopped around, I have absolutely no regrets because of the stellar service provided by Curcio Plumbing and because we have had reliable hot water since. I will definitely call Curcio for any other plumbing issues.

Overall, it was a very good experience. The plumber sent was very competent and able to handle difficulties that arose during the installation. There was a small leak from one of the installed toilets, but they quickly returned and successfully corrected the problem.

The water heater in the home we purchased was in need of replacement. I contacted a few companies and found Curcio's price to be reasonable, in addition, they had a number of master plumbers on staff. The team arrived on time and did an excellent job installing the new water heater. They were clean, efficient, and professional. Since then I have used them for all our plumbing needs.
