It was a last minute request. Our water valve broke and had to call the Water Company shut off the main water supply line. Due to an issue with water company and key box, we were advice to perform the replacement while the water company technician was still onsite. After calling several other companies, I eventually called Curcio and talked to the office assistant Lisa. She quickly arrange for someone to come over to replace the valve. I am very happy with my experience with Curcio and will definitely keep them on the top of my list if I need any more work done.

The Curcio plumbers we have had work done by were professional and thorough. On one occasion we needed a plumber right away and they responded immediately. We plan to use them again.

The net result is a very high efficiency solution for heat and hot water that will minimize our monthly energy bills and reduce our carbon footprint. We qualified for a state of NJ rebate for the high efficiency investment, and avoided needing to reline the masonry furnace chimney that was used by our old boiler, when we installed the new boiler with a direct vent. The combination of costs avoided and the rebate made the investment a more reasonable one. Our house has four heating zones, so an impressive amount of plumbing and electrical work was done. Vince was patient in explaining the different system components, the installation process and handled details like securing the needed town permit, and engaging a licensed electrician for electrical connections. Vince and his team were friendly, punctual, cleaned up after the job and produced a visibly high quality product that we are glad to have in our home. Based on this experience we'll do business with Curcio plumbing for a long time to come.

Plumber Ron with Curcio Plumbing was very professional and personable. He explained the work to be performed and was very honest and fair. I highly recommend Curcio Plumbing and will be using them for any of my future Plumbing needs.

Excellent. Again they showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Minimal opening of Sheetrock and advised to install a cover in case we needed to ever get to those pipes again. Fixed several other potential problems at our request and the price was great.

He was neat, clean cut, and professional. He quickly identified the leak and fixed it. The price was quite fair. I will definitely be calling them for future plumbing needs.

Showed up on time, completed work efficiently and made a welcome change to the line setup freeing space under the sink and eliminating line clutter. These people are the best and most cost efficient I've ever used.

We were able to turn off the water to the frozen pipe so we did not call the emergency number. Thankfully we were in the basement when the pipe burst, so there was no water damage. We called them at 8 am when they opened and they said they would arrive by lunch time. They were here by 12 noon as promised and they called when they were on their way. Jeff arrived and was very professional. They looked at the pipes in the crawl space and was able to fix the heater. I also had him look at a sink with a very slow drip while he was here. He was able to fix it by snaking it. He was very upfront that he did not want to take off the drip since it is an older sink and he said it would likely break the piping, causing more of an issue. We are new to the area and had not needed a plumber before. Glad we found them. Very professional and I would use again!

Our 6 yr old hot water heater failed just before Thanksgiving. Curcio was there within a day of our call and installed the hot water heater we had bought online from Lowe's the weekend before. Even though we didn't buy the hot water heater from them, they still installed this one and hauled the old one away - can't ask for more! We actually have used Curcio since he was first in business 25 (?) years ago and would not consider using anyone else.

Completely unprofessional. Did not respond to multiple emails and phone calls. I was actually trying to purchase a toilet through them and they couldn't be bothered.

Ours was a small job but Ron was professional, helpful and friendly. Calling into the office was a pleasant experience and the issues were fixed.

The plumbers at Curcio Plumbing & Heating were excellent. They were punctual, courteous, and fast. Their prices were reasonable for the amount of work required. Ron and Ken did the majority of work, fixing the leaks and clogs. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They kept me updated on their progress and explained what they were doing in layman's terms. They found and returned a diamond earring that was stuck in a bathroom drain. What a nice surprise! I was thrilled to get my lost earring back. I didn't even know where I had lost it. They will be back in the spring for additional work once the snow melts. Ken had the same fine qualities as Ron and Ken. He replaced my kitchen faucet in a timely and professional manner. Both jobs were done well. I will definitely use Curcio Plumbing & Heating for all my plumbing needs.

The plumber as on time, neat worked courteous. Billing started at 1/2 hour rate, So i "overpaid" in that sense but I guess plumbers don't do small increments. Overall good job & I'm always happy to support local businesses.

I had a flood in my basement caused by a cracked pipe fitting that we didn't discover right away. We discovered it on a Sunday. Curcio responded quickly and advised me on options for me so that my out of pocket would not be exorbitant.

When we messaged the provider, they asked us to setup an appointment which was about 8-10 days after initial contact. He came in on time but till date we have not received an estimate. We understand that provider may not like to take up a job but it would be nice of them to tell so that we are not waiting for them.

I called Curcio because my usual plumber told me he did not service my brand of hot water heater. Curcio was listed on the brand's website and they had favorable reviews on this list. Curcio was responsive to my call, and the office staff is very nice. They checked in with me to let me know they were running a little late (it was less than a half hour!). The owner and his staff could not have been nicer. They installed a new heater within 24 hrs., calling me to let me know that it had been delivered to them and they would install it first thing in the morning (we have a 75 gallon with fan vent). I will use them again!

Cleared drains on both occasions and had to perform repairs on faulty line installation from previous plumbers.

They had done previous work for us before on another shower with the same problem. After speaking with me, they went and looked up my file. Since the problem was the same the last time, they said they would order the cartridge and bring it with them just in case. If that wasn't the right part, they wouldn't charge me for it. It turns out that the cartridge did need to be replaced so we saved a trip. After removing the rainfall head, Ron said that if I cleaned it it would save money, so I used a mild abrasive and got it clean. He remounted the part and it works fine now. On this and a previous visit, I found this company to be highly professional and not out to gouge me. Their labor cost is kind of high, but I was happy to have the repair done the right way and to save a bit on the extra trip and cleaning of the shower head.

I have been working with Vince Curcio for many, many years and have never been disappointed. He is the ultimate professional!! This job was spectacularly done! When I looked at the bathroom after his team left, everything was perfectly installed and spotless! The reinstallation of the radiator was a wonderful plus, considering that we thought it was going to be a real problem. They even installed a towel rack and toilet paper holder as a curtesy. We called Curcio Plumbing to do a few projects around our home. They were excellent. Came in just a few days to look at the job and provide an estimate. They took care of obtaining all of the relevant permits to perform the work in the house with the natural gas lines. Very honest, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Very satisfied with their work. We will definitely use them again.

Curcio has always been very responsive, professional and courteous. We had a leak in ceiling below master bath and felt we needed to replace the toilet in master bath. It was difficult finding a replacement model to fit over baseboard heat and existing plumbing. After some trial and error a suitable replacement was found, but water through ceiling the floor below sadly didn't stop. Finding the source of leak was a real puzzle and involved cutting multiple holes in sheetrock to locate a barely perceptible crack in a horizontal run of pvc pipe in the bathroom wall. The fix in the end was easy, and we greatly appreciated the methodical checking on three levels which included inspection of vent piping through the attic. All was a lot more than we'd hoped to pay, but the price seemed fair for the work performed. Only complaints would be a ruined towel, dirty bathroom, old tank lid left behind and a cracked tile. Not huge but could be a bit more careful and clean up at job's end better.
