We respond the the member as he request , we learn from him the roof company which install the it should be the company him to call for the repair under the warranty for him and also he can save money , instead call our company, but he also said preview owner try to find the leak and no one can find the problem , so we explain if we are going there to look all over to find this leak problem , we have to charge him, but if we found the problem we refund him once we do the job , we also explain we can't go there know but we willing to schedule an appointment for his job and it can be in a week , but he seams to be very impatience and we try to explain we don;t have any open for this week 03/15/13 he very impolite hung up on me. and we knew he will take review on Angiest List to express his frustration with the roof company and other company's to blame us, so if he has this problem for such a long time and know at last minute he wants this thing fix no mater what, even if he can say negative things about our company. So we are not taking the blaming for this old long leaking problem, if you want this fix please wait like many other people call and respect which we call agenda.
