They called me very soon after a match was made. Dan arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment ( a very good start). I watched him diagnose the trouble and could follow the tests he ran and the significance of the findings. He was very professional and got back to me with additional information about the cost and risks of repair. In this case, the complexity of the problem (and repair process) coupled with the age of the heat pump made replacement a better option than repair. I do plan to hire him to check out my house's heat systems this fall. Yes, I highly recommend.

Fixed it in another 15 min. Answered all our questions about the system with clear, helpful info. Did not try to sell more service than needed. Friendly, efficient, and quality work. Had a very good experience with this company. They were prompt returning my request for service, showed up the next day to diagnose the AC issue, and the following day returned to replace my 26 year old AC unit. Thought the tech was friendly and informative, and the cost was very reasonable. Would definitey use again and recommend.

Sent a very experienced and knowlegable technician named Warren. Installed a furnace relay to replace the one another tech for another company had installed to get me to replace my furnace! Works perfectly and I now have a working central A/C again. The cost was half what the other guy charged. Made a steady customer of me. Thanks!
