Very professional company. Job completed as estimated. Left my home spotless unlike other AC repairs I have had. They are respectful of the customer's home. This is a top notch company. Polite, competent, prompt and reasonable. My AC is running quietly and more energy efficiently than it ever has.

He was not only knowledgeable, but warned me of an upcoming problem and told me how to get ahead of it. I was very impressed.

The technician was pleasant, found the problem immediately and another problem that was brewing. He fixed the first one, which was simply the need for a new filter and was going to leave it at that. Then said one pip really was set up wrong and setting it up right would allow us to see issues in the future. He said I didn't need it, but it would help. He was ready to leave the appointment without charging a thing, because I had to buy the filter myself at a hardware store. So I liked that he wasn't going to charge me for a silly issue, but when he offered to fix the pipe, I said ok and the price was minimal. Excellent company, I'll use them again!

Advanced heating and ac showed up on time and repaired my ac right away. I booked them on a Sunday for repair on a Monday. It was during a heat wave and I was grateful they were able to show up immediately. The repair person was friendly and efficient. I would use them again. The only reason for a 4 star rather than a 5 star is the part was very expensive. After the tech left, I looked up the part online and found I paid 3x more than what I could have bought it online for. However, I would not have been able to diagnose the trouble myself. Therefore, I would use them again, and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

My only small issue related to lateness. The office provided a time of arrival and, in both cases, the technicians arrived late. They were 55 minutes late for the final humidifier installation. They did a great job, however.

Blew off my scheduled appointment for other peoples air-conditioning emergencies. on an 82 degree day. Rescheduled for 2 weeks later . Yeah, no thanks.

I was told [by another company] my (20 yr old) furnace needed replaced because the blower motor was shot,& hence AC wasnt working. I did have a home warranty but was still going to cost $2000+ to get replacement. I asked AH&AC to come give an estimate for them to do it, & in the course of diagnosing the problem, Nick realized that the blower motor was FINE, & it was my own [inept] wiring of a thermostat this winter that caused the AC to not be working. he took the time to rewire thermostat & didn't charge me for it. honest and thorough; will be on top of my list when I DO need a furnace
