Description of Work: Exterior cleaning of second and third story windows. Also hired them to clean the carpet in a few heavy-traffic areas. Window cleaning was great. They damaged one of the older window screens and replaced it. I definitely recommend their window cleaning service and will contact them in the spring for repeat service. The carpet cleaning service was quick and good.

Description of Work: They were 3 hrs late. I called the owner & he said he had a computer glitch. My daughter was waiting. He called 3 hrs later and said they were on there way as they had a job before mine. So he lied. I did not pay him as he orig said the price would be around $ 127 for ext and screens. I later sent an e saying I wanted the I side done also. When my daughter called me with the price I was shocked. He said I had casement windows, I do not. They cleaned my doors, I did not ask them to. I told him I would pay a fair price of $250 he said he would come to my house on 8/31 at 6. I am still waiting. I will send him a ck and he can do what he wants for the balance. He orig gave me the ext price so with the inside also I believe 125.00 times 2 is 250.00. There was also one room with 2 windows he did not do as I kept the door locked as it has firearms in it. So I did not even have all the windows orig mentioned. He was very nasty. I was willing to give a check to the men there as my daughter had it but when they gave the price I felt it was not what he orig said. I called Angie's list and also reported this company. As I said I will send a check after I make a copy of it and the letter. I did email him but it came back.

 + -1 moreMen were prompt, introduced themselves and told me how the process would work. They put on shoe coverings while inside the home. Very neat. Terrific job. I would definitely use them again. I saw that they also do floors and decks. I plan on having them come back to this service too.
Description of Work: Great service. Great price. It might seem pricey but I have a large 3 story home with many triple floor to ceiling windows.
