I hired this company to clean my windows and window sills. The owner, Steve, inspected my house and gave me a price to clean the sills. I wasn't home the day his workers did the work. When I got home, there were used and wet cleaning rags scattered throughout my entire house. Also the window sills were still dirty which looked like they quickly wiped the sills and left dirt on both sides of the window sills. I called Steve and when I told him, his first comment was that it was screen burn and couldn't be cleaned. Then when I said it was actual dirt, he said I needed a "house wash" which would be an additional cost. He never inspected his employees work and without even seeing it or apologizing to me, he was trying to upsell me on additional work. I told him I would expect him to at least come see the work before commenting on it. Then he called and said a house wash is typically needed for these type of direct window sills. My issue is why didn't he recommend this when he first quoted the job. Also instead of apologizing and then coming to see if for himself, he was denying it and trying to upsell. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. He will quote you one price and then do poor work and give you an attitude when,it's not done right.

Trevor was spectacular and totally qualified to lead his crew. We live near Limecrest Quarry and our windows get covered with lime dust. They actually look white and honestly, it is not the highest priority in our budget.. The guys did an mazing job and I will now have them spring and fall. They cleaned the gutters at $100.00 less than what I am used to, cleaned the windows inside and out and power washed the screens. We could not be happier with the results! Don't hesitate to call them!

One man did all of the windows (including the skylight) while the other did the carpet - - both did a fine job.

The first issue I had was poor communication from the company, as to what day they would arrive to do the gutter cleaning. Their work quality was very poor. Over the winter almost all of the gutters overflowed causing ice dams. Also, one of the gutters was left dented from what was probably a ladder they had leaning against the gutter. I called the company and complained and they did not return my calls. I do not know if any of their other services are good but I would avoid this company for gutter cleaning at all costs.

Steve came out and sent me an estimate very quickly and scheduled the work to be done. They came on time and spent 9 hours taking apart my windows, storms, screens - and cleaning them. They now shine! Prompt, efficient, respectful and great workers. I will not only recommend them - but they will be hired every year to do my cleaning. Awesome service.

They didn't show up on the day I thought they were. They showed up without calling to let us know that they were coming. They left some of their equipment on my property when they were done.

I purchased the $100 worth of home service for $40 through Angie's List with the hope to have Window Genie perform gutter cleaning and window washing at my newly purchased home. After purchase of discount package through Angie's List, I received an automated email from AL that the service provider would be in contact with me shortly. That was a few days ago and they have not. I have also personally attempted contact with them and left 2 voice messages, explaining what I would like done at the house. It has been nearly a week since the first VM and have not received a phone call as of yet. I would like my purchased discount package refunded.

Excellent workers excellent outcome

Guys showed up on time, were both very nice, and did really excellent work. There was a stubborn spot up by the chimney that Bob showed me that he just couldn't get, but he went back with extra solution to make sure it was clean. The siding on my house looks brand new - the bugs are gone, the mold is gone and it's so sparkly clean, I'm in love with it all over again. Thank you, so much, for an excellent job. Definitely would recommend and use again.

Called Window Genie on two different days, left messages to schedule a gutter cleaning. Our calls were never returned. Filled out their online quote form and never received a response to that either. Strange for a company with so many great reviews to apparently not seem interested in gaining new customers.

Our windows were so dirty we could hardly see out of them. The two young men from Window Genie did a fantastic job. It doesn't look like there is glass in the windows. They were hard working an diligent. I will definitely hire them again.

Steve returned our call promptly; followed up with a visit; and then an estimate. Once a date was decided, the crew arrived on time and worked throughout the day to complete the work. The house and pergola were power washed; windows cleaned inside and out. Once the wood dried, they returned to seal the pergola We were very happy with the work and the results. They were prompt, efficient, and neat.

They were awesome! Chris and Joe were on time, did a thorough job. I would recommend them with no problem. A pleasure. Used a groupon which Steve honored without reservation. Actually paid 108. Definitely worthwhile. I can't say enough good things about Steve and his crew.
