Went well. Technician called 20 minutes prior to arrival and was on time. Was punctual and explained that not all stains would come out. Even asked for a sheet to lay the damp cushions so it didn't affect the floors. Overall nice work.

They were on time and professional will use them again. Plan to have them power wash and seal the deck later this summer.

Cleaned windows and screens total large 2 story house. Very clean and neat. Polite workers. Planning on using them again.

It was amazing how quickly the work was done and what a difference it made in the upholstery, especially. We plan to keep Window Genie not only as our window washers, but also as carpet and upholstery cleaners from now on.

The window cleaning was nothing special. Could have done the same thing on my own for the quality of work performed. The windows still had hard water marks and they looked the same after a few days. I hired a professional to do a better job than I would normally do and specifically asked to have the water marks removed. But that went out the window along with my money! During the window cleaning they splashed dirty water on the walls and carpet beneath the windows. Felt like the workers were just rushing through the job. I had to go back and clean up after the cleaning co. Not worth the money. Invest in good glass cleaner!

They are professional and courteous always prompt. I have been using window genie for more then 10 years. The men do a beautiful job are very polite neat and quick. I wouldn't use any other window company.

I found this company by searching on line and checking Angies List for recommendations. I chose the Sussex County branch and called and spoke to the owner, Steve Sarafin, and he quoted me a fair price by me explaining how many windows i needed cleaned. He was very good at explaining exactly what was entailed and indicated that he could fit me in this week. He had no problem coming down to Essex County, NJ and said he goes all over Northern NJ. I didn't know what to expect and was alittle nervous at how good of a job they would do. Well, the truck pulled up to my house close to on time and the two workers introduced themselves and did a walk around my house with me and scoped out their work. They were extremely professional and courteous at all times. They began working and weren't interested in rushing through the job or cutting any corners to complete it. They were working on my house as if it were their own home. I was so impressed at how neat and thorough they were. They even wore booties on their shoes to protect my carpets from dirt. The whole job took about 4 hours and i was extremely pleased at the whole process. I would definetly recommend Steve Sarafin's Window Genie of Sussex Company for any window cleaning services or for any or the other services he provides. Great Company.. Keep up the great work!!!!
