Window Genie of Northwest New Jersey

This is my 3rd time using Window Genie. They always do a great job and are very friendly. My windows sparkle! Steve, the owner, always calls back promptly when you have questions. It's nice to feel confident that the job will be done right.

Would definitely recommend this service. Rodney and Mark arrived right on time. Rodney did an excellent job power washing the house and cleaning the skylights. Both Rodney and Mark did an excellent job on the windows and were very neat leaving no mess anywhere. I thought the price was fair for the work done.

Two young men arrived in a sporty purple car a couple of hours later than estimated. They confirmed which windows needed to be washed, immediately went to work, and finished in less than 2 hours. One of them washed the outsides of the windows, and the other washed the insides. The windows look great--very clean, no smudges; frames and sills are clean, too. They were courteous. I forgot to tell them not to wash a small window in the garage that I had already cleaned myself. It cost me the full price for a double-hung window with screen. I usually wash windows myself, but it was a treat to have someone else do it, and the results are better. The cost I listed above includes the $51 I saved with the Angie's List coupon, assuming that some people might not have the coupon: $100 of work done for only $49.

Very professional. Better quality of work than window cleaning service used in the past. Will use them again in the future.

I had a Big Deal. It turned out well. They did a nice job. I had my house on the market and needed the windows washed. I was happy with them. I wouldn't use them again because I moved to Texas.

Work was performed on time and within a reasonable time. They found some gutters that needed to be fastened and I asked them to schedule a time to come back. They came back to repair the gutters, but did not call me when they came. I was not aware of the service until I received an invoice. I am in the process of remedying this with the owner.

Called on Thursday and was told they could possibly fit us in on Friday, but if not, they would come Monday. They showed up on Monday. One thing that would have been a help is a phone call on Monday giving us an estimated time they would be here. Other than that, they guys were professional and did a fantastic job. Will definitely use them again.

Easy to schedule. Nice guys (2), came on time. Worked efficiently and informed me of some problems with windows. They honored my Angie's coupon. They were careful about home furnishings, drapes and blinds, and returned everything to where they found it. Would definitely use them again.

we have a massive house with a 25' wall of glass. they did a great job and were very professional.

There was some confusion with an Angie's List $49 charge, but I will chalk that up to my misunderstanding (I did not realize that Angie's List would charge me prior to any scheduled service). Brian and Hector showed up promptly after lunch. They immediately got to work. I was pleased with their professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. My dingy white and beige trim and siding looked brand new. They thoroughly removed the dirt mildew and mold build up from my composite deck. Each of the white spindles were squeaky clean. They thoroughly cleaned each of my windows. My steps and stucco look clean again. They took there time and performed a spectacular job on my home. I thank them for a job well done. I would definitely recommend WindowGenie to others and will be calling on them again.

4 guys came with two trucks fully equipped, long ladders everything they need. went about their work and let me know once it was done. wore booties on their shoes to protect our floor, and all ladders were wrapped. it was a sweltering hot day and they just chugged right through it.

Steve contacted us promptly via Angieslist.com messaging after purchasing the $50 for $100 worth of services deal via Angie's List. He informed us that they were likely booking in mid June. Upon learning our address, he was able to fit us in to a much earlier due to his crew being in our area. We spoke on the phone to confirm the services to be performed, and he informed us that we should lock our windows and that power-washing service often causes window streaking due to hard water in northwest NJ. The team (Hector and Brian) showed up on the appointed day, and were very professional and courteous. They asked a few questions (location of the water spigots, confirming services to be performed, and that the windows were locked). They spent a solid three hours on the house. The brick and vinyl facing along with window sills are all spotless, all the way up to some of the areas that were three stories up. Also, the windows didn't see any streaking, as Steve had warned. Steve followed up with us the next day to insure all the services were up to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend Window Genie to others.

This is my second time using this company for window cleaning, and again, I am very happy with their work. My windows and sills are sparkling! The owner is very responsive when you call him and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they could put me on their schedule. The workers that did my windows were professional and very courteous.

I called them and they kept adding more services which I do not want. He was stern and honestly I don't like when people try to add services I do not want. He kept saying, approximately meaning that when he gets to my house he would probably tack on more fees. I want a flat rate otherwise a $49 for a service of $100 would end up being a $500 job. I rather do it myself.

It went very well and they did a very nice job. They were a little pricey but the work was very good. The two guys were very nice.
