Description of Work: Turned up when they said they would and cleaned what they said they would. A few days later it became noticeable that a few windows were streaked but overall they did a better than average job and I would use them again.

Description of Work: We have been using Window Genie for over 10 years mainly for our windows. However, we have also used them for power washing our decks and steam cleaning bathroom tiles. They provide an excellent service and great value. We will continue to use them and we highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They power washed and coated my deck. the only thing I wasn't happy with was the fact I was told that I wouldn't need to re-coat for three years and that was not the case. it looked worn and dirty in less than a year and I did not have excessive use.

Description of Work: Two men arrived to wash the windows in our townhouse. This involved three sliding glass doors, and several windows on the upper level of a two story foyer and living room, plus the other usual ones. They were prompt, thorough, quiet, neat and fast. We have used Window Genie for our windows for years, and recently for carpet and upholstery cleaning. We will keep them coming back.

By the time I was able to schedule the cleaning the coupon I had bought had expired but WG honored the original price. I was not home when they came for the windows but my wife was extremely pleased with their professionalism and the work provided. WG workers even cleaned several screens which is normally as small addition charge. We were more than pleased with Window Genie and have recommended them to several neighbors and co-workers and will be using them each Fall and Spring for our window cleaning.

Description of Work: I've been using Window Genie for a few years now. They are prompt, professional, and beat their competition on a cost basis. I've had them do windows, screens, full house power wash, and brick sidewalk power wash. The owner always calls early in the season to schedule. I have them coming to our house again this May.
