One day job, went very smoothly and work site was left in clean condition.

After calling around for the same product Dan was the best price. He was very professional and arrived promptly. He explained what he had to do and completed the job in a timely manner. When he left the area was clean of all material and garage door worked perfectly.

I would highly recommend Burke to anyone who is looking to have this type of work done. I am completey satisfied with his services. In my professession customer service is a huge part of what I stress to my staff and I believe that this gentlemen went above and beyond my expectations.

The new rollers only cost a few dollars each, but then Mr. Burke took the time to adjust my door making adjustments that made the door work smoothly. Because of vehicle issues he arrived later than planned ( he kept me informed of the change in time and we worked around the unforseeable problems.) Consequently, I suspect he worked through his dinner time - but still took the time to make the adjustments to the door. He could have just charged me the service call fee and replaced the rollers and left. He didn't - and I thought that was very good service. I was charged for the parts and for the service call. The charge was less than $100 and I feel that it was money well spent. This is the best that door has worked in the 11 years that I have owned the house. It is amazing what a little professional TLC can do! Mr. Burke is very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

We had multiple problems with the order from the manufacturer, Jeld Wen, which required Mr. Burke to return 3 times to install and re-install replacement panels. He returned each time apologetic for the mistaken order by Jeld Wen. Mr. Burke provided the extra services for which he was not compensated by the manufacturer. I would highly recommend Burke Garage Doors. He was professional and honorable. He also gave me free wireless sensors that let you know when the door is open or closed while you are in the house.

Saved me much time and trouble by installing on same day I called. Very professional quality job, and excellent results. The door is super quiet.

The door works again! one less chore from my list I had to undertake .So, here it goes... door broke, got prices for parts myself to fix it ,don't have the time,tried to get an estimate from a "local" door company, ( turns out they were from north jersey) gave me an estimate over the phone but when the workman arrived the 1 spring turned out to be $262.95 and a service charge for doing nothing! I had given the company the spring size and diameter and door opening size...I felt they were trying to pull a B.S. move ,so I said to them no thanks I'll do it myself.Then the workman knocks at the door and tells me he wants $79.95 service charge ! and 5 minutes later I get a call from this north jersey company demanding the money or else he would have to take the appropriate steps...I hung up. Anyway I go on line, join Angie's list, find a real LOCAL called up Dan Burke ,He got back pretty quick ,I gave Him the measurements He gave me an estimate over the phone and set up for the following morning, He completed the job ,along with fixing the closer and sensor. Mr. Burke was the complete professional. I would highly refer Burke Door Co. to all.

The final product is great. The carriage style doors are beautiful and function well.

Dan Burke always returned our calls in a very timely manner and apprised us as to when the door and opener would be installed. Great company!
