Fabulous from start to finish! Dan went out of his way to find the garage doors I wanted... at a great price. He kept me informed, installed them as soon as they came in and disposed of the old doors. Excellent workmanship and price - Dan is great person to work with!!

Dan, was just great to work with, he completed the job quickly and even took the time to lubricate the roller and adjust the springs at no extra charge. Heard he was this good, but he really is.

I called Dan and two other companies, left a message for all three. Dan called me back in less than 30 minutes, scheduled the job, and came when he said he would. Two days after the initial phone call, the job was done and the price was very reasonable. I'm still waiting to hear back from the other two companies.

Dan answered the phone when I called to explain the service we needed on our garage door. He asked a few questions in attempt to decipher exactly what the problem was. He scheduled a time the following morning to come by and based on our conversation, brought the necessary replacement parts with him. He arrived within the agreed upon time frame and was courteous, professional, and able to replace the broken parts in order to get our door back in working order again. The cost was very reasonable and we would gladly recommend Dan Burke to anyone looking for maintenance on a garage door.

I called and let them know that I needed a new garage door opener, but the technician was very honest and told me that all I needed were replacement sensors.

Dan was polite and personable. His price quote was very reasonable. He was on time and quick to respond to my phone calls. I originally called him just to fix a broken garage door opener cable, and then added replacing the bottom door gasket material. The gasket material didn't hold up after about 4 or 5 weeks. I called him to tell him about it and he came back with another vender's gasket material and replaced at no additional cost. It's been a year now and the new material is holding up fine. I highly recommend Dan Burke.

He was great. We called and he showed up the next day as he said he would. He even called that day to give 20-minutes notice of his arrival. He was very affable when he arrived and then spent about 45 minutes repairing the door. When he was done he showed me the parts that he replaced. The old ones were rusty and some were corroded. He then explained everything about the repaired door and let me try it out. The door worked better than I can ever remember it working in the past. I recommend Dan Burke highly. A+!

The guy was very good. There was good interaction and he told me exactly when he would be here and he did really good work. He came the same day and I would definitely use him again. He was perfect.

Dan called me back the same day I contacted him. He scheduled an appointment at a time that was convenient for me and showed up as scheduled. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs. The price was fair, the job was done quickly and he was very professional.

He was good. He was on time; he did a nice and neat job. The garage door is smooth and quiet. The price was reasonable and the product was good. It has a key-less entry to the door outside with a keypad. I am very happy with what he did.

Called at 10am, he was there at 3pm. Replaced the sensors, lubed and tightened the garage door. Quick and easy. Works perfectly.

Called Dan and he actually answered the phone....what a surprise! He came over the same day and proceeding to install our garage door opener, which we bought ourselves. There was a piece missing and Dan said he had that particular piece at his home. We arranged for him to come back a few days later and he arrived as promised and finished our installation. We were extremely pleased with his service and workmanship! We even recommened him to a family member and he is installing a new garage door for them.

I called Burke Garage Door on a Thursday after my door malfunction Wednesday evening. I left a message that Dan returned within minutes. He offered to come out that afternoon. As i was unable to be home, he agreed to come out Friday afternoon after he completed another job. He called me to confirm I was home and arrived friday afternoon in 99 degree heat. He assessed the problem and made the repairs as well as doing the needed preventative maintenance. he rate was more then fair; less then I expected to pay. Dan Burke is an honest tradesman who does excellent work for a fair price. He was polite, explained to me what may have caused the problem and left the door better then it was when I bought the house. I have placed his business in my speed dial.I would recommend he without any reservation.

I received a quick callback after leaving a message, which was great. The man I spoke with was very nice and professional. We agreed on a day when he would come to the house and provide an estimate. I gave him the address and directions, and asked him to call me the day before to confirm that he would be there. He didn't call and didn't show up either. I didn't call him to find out what happened because, frankly, I was annoyed at the time. But now I think he probably just misplaced my phone number or something, as this seems to be a professional outfit. Not sure if I'd try them again but probably I would give them another chance.
