Description of Work: Replaced Well Tank, Well pump, installed new wire, added Well extension for artesian well 250 ft. deep. Overpriced results by about 10%. Well extension was 2 ft. above ground where legal min. was 8 in. Admitted increased potential for lightning hits. Did not flush out dirt directly from the new well tank to outside area. Water was flushed at the top of the house causing sand,dirt to go thru to bathtub. Bathtub was clogged with dirt and ruined the bathtub plumbing. Extra expense of $300 for a plumber and no tub hot water for 7 days. Also forgot to turn on hot water valves when they left.
