"Perfect! The technician arrived on time. He was very efficient, courteous and professional. I showed him where the dryer and outside vent were and went back to work in my home office. Shortly later he told me it was finished. He had done the following: - Showed me pictures and videos of the work that he had performed - Of particular interest was the 'before-and-after" picture of the inside of the dryer duct, which had been clogged with lint - He cleaned out the dryer inside-filter - He swept and vacuumed the area between the dryer and the wall - He put a screw in the dryer vent hose that had been missing - He installed the outside bird-guard that had fallen on the deck months ago I would like to use Duct Kings again to clean out my home AC ducting."

"I decided to get a quote from Heritage since my plumber wasn't available. They came to my house and quoted to replace two faucets at just under $2,000.00 (this included 2 Kohl faucets basic type, nothing fancy). They also wanted me to sign up for annual service at an additional charge. After I almost had a heart attack the cost, I declined their offer and said I think I need to look further. Finally, my original plumber was available. I bought the 2 faucets from home depot for $250.00. My plumber installed the 2 faucets, repaired an issue with my kitchen sink as well as install a new toilet for the total price of $225.00. If your smart, find someone else! I don't recommend this company unless you want to be raked over the coals."

The lack of response and follow-through has added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. In addition to this, I had to hire a lawyer to recover my down payment, which cost me additional money. Moreover, he did not offer to compensate me for the extra expenses, including hiring an electrician to install a wire for the heat pump he could not install. Despite repeated attempts to have the deposit returned, I finally received it after engaging legal assistance.
