Andrew was very responsive and came on quite short notice. Ran the diagnostic, ordered the necessary part, and returned to install the new part.. He was friendly, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend him.

Andrew provided responsive, professional, friendly, and timely service. Tuesday AM he arrived within the window specified and diagnosed the microwave malfunction as the magnetron (the essential and expensive "heart" of a microwave). Andrew researched the options online on his mobile, and advised that ehe unit was so old that a replacement part was no longer available. This was disappointing, but not a big problem because securing the part would be costly and time-consuming -- probably as or more costly than just replacing the unit. Andrew researched and suggested some new models. I continued this research after he departed, and secured a replacement that evening at a local store. I called Andrew to let him know that I had a replacement to install. Andrew returned on Wednesday, again on time, removed the malfunctioning unit, and completed the installation of the new one. He applied the cost of Tuesday's diagnostic visit to the overall installation cost. In terms of total hours spent, he was well paid. But in terms of time savings to me and effective, timely execution of the job, the cost was well worth it.

Andrew offered a 9-11am service window and arrived at just after 9am. He opened the dryer up and found the belt snapped and a pulley broke in half. He had the replacement belt with him but needed to order the pulley. He left to a few other service calls and get the parts he needed. He returned that afternoon and finished the repair. We were thrilled he was able to get the parts and finish the repair the same day.

Andrew was in the area on the day I called and actually came over that day. He had the dryer repaired in only a few minutes. I would recommend him and would hire him again.

Great. He came the same day that I called, and gave me an actual time he was coming! (As opposed to other repair service at retailer where I purchased all of my appliances, where I was given a day two weeks out, and they could not even tell me morning or afternoon!). He looked at my dishwasher and advised that its control panel needed replacing, but also let me know that it would likely need replacing again soon as it is a known defective part. Instead of taking my money, he suggested that I look at buying a new washer, as the repair cost was close to the cost of a new one. I was really impressed by the honesty. He also fixed my washing machine, which took about 10-15 minutes. He cleared a blocked intake pipe - nothing huge, but he fixed the problem right away. He did not even charge me for the time he spent here looking at the appliances (also gave me some advice about my stove) - just charged for the service call, and that was a very reasonable rate. I absolutely recommend him as the go-to guy for appliance repair!

Andrew was courteous, knowledgeable about very prompt. He found the problem in 10 minutes. He needed to order the part and did so using his phone before he left. Explained that the part should be in over night and said he would call. The next day he called to confirm the part came in and to set a new appointment for the next day. He had the dryer fixed in an hour. Highly recommend

He overnight |the part and installed the next day. Excellent job done. He was very good about letting me know the cost estimates as it changed once because of the part. The only issue for me was he did not let me know there was a service trip charge the first time he came out. Overall very pleased and I would hire him again.carol
