He replaced one part and the lower oven now works and he is ordering a second part that, hopefully will complete the repair.

Refreshing to find a knowledgeable, professional, capable technician who told me that the ice maker issue on my refrigerator was a manufacturing design issue and that I should contact Samsung about it as there are many claims for this issue and class action cases for this. Andrew's honesty saved me several hundred dollars for an issue that was corrected and paid for by Samsung. Andrew finished the repairs on the dryer and it was finally working after waiting 6 weeks plus for the other service provided by A&E Service to return to complete the remaining dryer repairs. Even when they came out to diagnosis the refrigerator, the technician claimed he was not allowed to complete the repair on the dryer. Discovered that this was a false statement. Have given out Andrews name and some business cards as great technicians are extremely scarce in this location. Andrew responded to call within an hour and came out within a day. Great quality and service!

Andrew responded to my phone call promptly. When he arrived at my house immediately determined the issue and ordered the necessary part to fix my refrigerator. He quoted me a price for the part and labor. When the part came in, he fixed the issue. His final price was less than his quote. I can now use the water dispenser from my refrigerator and my wife and I are very happy. Andrew is an HONEST, INTELLIGENT, VERY COMPETENT repairman. I would call on him again.

Let me start by stating that I don't give 5 stars or Excellent ratings for anything....I always feel that there should be room for improvement. So don't be discouraged or put out by my B rating above. Most normal people would give him an A for a review. Andrew was fantastic to work with. He showed up on time, was very easy to communicate with prior to the engagement as well as throughout the work. He explained everything perfectly to me so that I understood what was wrong (we hired him to work/repair our Samsung electronic dryer). He was very clear in his explanation of what needed to be done. Options and the service estimate was provided with clarity. He even provided additional screws that the previous repair person never replaced. I will be keeping his information handy for any future repairs, that's for sure.

Andrew came and was able to diagnose the problem to the outlet not the equipment. This was great news as we were thinking we would need to replace the dryer. Honesty saves the day and us hundreds of dollars. thank you!

I found a listing for Andrew's Accurate Appliance Service and Repair, and left a message describing the problem and my attempts to solve it. He called me the same day and arranged to be at my home on Oct. 11 between 10 and 11 AM. He arrived on the dot at 10:00, and had me turn power off and on to the machine while he did troubleshooting. His conclusion was that the control panel and the computer control board were defective; he said that replacing both of them at the same time should put the machine back in operation. He gave me the phone number for his parts supplier, and told me that I should get a better deal than dealing with retail suppliers. I called them the same day, and they quoted me a price that was nearly $100 less than what I had paid for the parts individually from other suppliers. The new parts arrived on Oct 12; installing them was the work of a few minutes, and restored the machine to perfect operation. I would use Andrew Fournier's services again in a heartbeat.
