Description of Work: Tim installed a new Buderus Oil Boiler. The system is fantastic. Tim and his guys did a great job.

Description of Work: Staff was very helpful, professional, and attentive to any questions offered. Quote was done in a timely manner, but came in about $400 more for than a competitor so we went in that route, but if work is needed in the future I wouldn't hesitate to call Garrity Heating SVC.

Description of Work: I have a Nest thermostat that has an internal battery. I had been working fine for a year, but then the batter wouldn't charge. Nest said that a resister had to be installed on the furnace control panel. I called Tim to see if he could do it. Although he had not worked with a Nest product before, he responded, followed up, sent a technician who arrived when he said he would and did the job.
