All three projects were completed in a timely manner at the cost Tim quoted. When an issue arose with the new hot water tank, Tim arrived promptly and fixed the problem. I fel quite comfortable with the work he does and would hire him again.

My air conditioner stopped blowing cool air. Before I called Tim, friends recommended another company: Heritage, that charges $90 just to come out, they add on charges as soon as they touch any equipment. It ended up costing me $157 for them to tell me what was wrong and their estimates were $1400 - $2000 to have the work done. Unreal. The next day Tim came out, checked the system, saw the problem in 10 minutes rather than 1 hour, and his explanation and low pressure approach made it clear: he has the experience and skills needed to complete the job correctly for a fair price. I think a big company with a lot of ads and management to train newbies has a high overhead and their costs are put onto their customers. Tim is the real deal.

I came home to find out our Air Conditioner was not working. In 95 degree heat and 90% humidity. Tim showed up early the next morning and had it fixed in less than an hour. I will definitely be using him again.

Tim was on time professional completed the job in a timely manner and the cost was good it also ended up saving us money since we could finally feel our oil tanks correctly. I would highly recommend him again

They have been prompt and helpful each time. More recently I had called them with a question when my ignition interrupter tripped on my boiler and Tim called me back after I left a message and was really helpful and that makes the experience all the better.

He arrived on time did great job, and cleaned furnace on Friday. Monday morning woke up and cold -- furnace was not working - kaput nothing. Called Tim at about 7:30AM - left message - he called me back 3 minutes. Said would come immediately. 20 minutes later appeared - He showed me how to reset furnace few other things He had to replace electrodes. Did not charge me said should have seen that when they replaced tank. It is a system 2000 furnace, saw the 6 old heat exchangers for hot water. Told him they cost $500 each and was fed up - going to electric hot water heater if that one goes. He said can put one in line with one of the other heating channels for about $80 - so the other two companies for last five years I have used could have told me that? Tim is honest responsive person rate as high as can be rated,

Things went very well. He was responsive, quick to our house, worked with our schedule and the price was reasonable. Things have gone well since.

When the service was complete they tracked mud / dirt through the carpeted area of the basement which was disappointing. Two months after the service the furnace started stinking up the house. The repair person we brought in found some damage that looked to have been done by a servicing technician. It can't be proven but given the lack of attention to cleanliness I have my suspicions.

On time. Very Professional. Worked with me to hide piping in the walls and unit under large room. Cleaned up after themselves. Explained they needed some different materials and would be back next day to finish and they did. Explained how to use remote and we were all set. Very pleased.

Tim set. definite time and date, arrived on time and performed all parts of oil burner service, replacing needed parts, cleaning all components, documenting test measurements, cleaned up the servoce area, and promptly sent an itemized bill .

Once when we were out of town over the Holiday, Tim came in the night to assist in an emergency situation with our furnance that was smoking up our house. He came on a moments notice with the fire department and fixed the problem. We always feel secure when we need him.

Our boiler suddenly stopped working. We ruled out a suspected broken oil tank guage by filling the tank. My husband is a very handy guy and can fix almost anything. He checked the boiler over and couldn't find an obvious explanation so we called T Garrity Heating. They had been recommended to us years ago by a few friends and we have used them ever since. I spoke to Tim and explained that we had no heat or hot water because something was wrong with the boiler. At the time this happened we had an 8 day old preemie and a 2 year old at home and it was winter in New England. Tim sent a technician out the same day. He arrived a few hours after we called and was able to identify the problem after a minute or two of just listening to the boiler. The oil pump drive shaft had stripped its gears and was causing the emergency lock-out safety feature on the boiler to trip. Lucky for us they had the part on the truck and it was fixed in less than an hour. The technician was very pleasant and happy to explain everything. Before he left I asked him for a bill but he said the office would mail one out. I did get a bill about 2 days later for ONLY $108.00. I actually called Tim to make sure it was right before I paid it. I had thought it would be a much bigger bill. We LOVE T Garrity Heating and look forward to many more happy years as customers.
